UPDATE! LATEST NEWS ABOUT WWW.TIMESHARECONSULTANS.CO.UK
We are very pleased to announce that seen the fact this website was allegedly using the display of logos from prestigious timeshare and exchange companies on their front page, it has now been closed down by the hosting company.
It is tremendous good news that a hosting company has decided to take notice from our warning (see http://wp.me/p1kmoi-3u) and I hope this will set a precedent for future closures of those websites from “bogus” resale companies that try to cheat on timeshare consumers.
We have no doubt that companies like this will do a re-appearance act soon with another web, another name and slightly other pitch, but at least the consumers can be assured that we are watching and taking immediate action where we can.
Timeshare consumers should always be suspicious about any company cold calling with “too good to be true” offers for reselling their membership.
In case Timeshare consultants keeps the same phone number 0208 144 2957 be even more alert as you know now that they are not to be trusted.
Did Timeshare Consultants contact you? Please let us know.

About mindtimeshare
Mindtimeshare is registered as a Spanish Association - reg number: G-98401524. Mindtimeshare provides assistance to timeshare owners who have been defrauded by holiday clubs and bogus resale companies.
The Mindtimeshare project was launched in February 2011.
After dealing with timeshare members over several years who had been defrauded by numerous bogus companies and for large amounts of money, I considered launching an Organisation to help timeshare owners that have been targeted by bogus companies. On this blog you can find information about the different active scam companies and their “modus operandi” and also place comments, ask questions and see comments from other consumers who have the same doubts or have been through the same experience.
Mindtimeshare has resulted in a huge success and has received the back up from not only timeshare consumers but also from the professionals in the timeshare Industry.
Mindtimeshare helps timeshare owners who have been scammed by bogus Discount Holiday Clubs; bogus cash back companies; fraudulent timeshare resale companies; bogus class action companies and false lawyers and notaries. We offer professional answers and advice to Timeshare users.

my wife fell for the pitch from RESORT SERVIE they cold called and sold my wife a package. The agent clearly said that there eas a 14 day cooling off period do was happy to part with the money £199. When i arrived home i checked out their name on the net to find out more, when i read the experience of others i emailed asking forour money back onder the 14 day clause they told me that the 14 day ruledid not apply to such products and denied that any agent had said anything about a 14 day rule, i contacted the office of fair trading who advised me that they have breached the misrepresention act 1967 they still refuse to return our money. This was in october 2011. Is there anything futher i can do?

Hi I too have lost money with this company can you please advise as what to do
Mr A G
Timeshare consultants have told my friends they have an offer of sale on their timeshare, but they have to go to Malaga to sign up. They have been told to book their own flights (which will be reimbursed on the day of sale)
A hotel has been booked for them for 2 nights (I noticed, allocated on arrival!!). They have been assured that they do not have to buy or exchange another timeshare. They have not had to pay fees or money upfront, only the flights.
They think it is genuine!!
Dear Mrs. Woollard,
Thanks for your message on the blog. We appreciate your concern for your friend and you are right to be suspicious about this offer.
Your friend has been invited over to Spain for 2 days. This is a very common practice with bogus resale companies who claim to set up a meeting between the timeshare owner and the interested buyer, but once they fly over for this meeting they are told the sale fell through and are taken to a presentation of a bogus discount holiday club. They will end up buying into this club with the guarantee their original membership will be transferred out of their name.
If your friend is set to go, tell her not to take any credit card or cheque book with her!
Regards,
