A new alert on the blog for a company called TimeshareScams who is cold calling consumers and offering a service to relinquish the timeshare and / or investigate if the consumer has a reason to do a claim.
The person from TimeshareScams who calls out of the blue to the Timeshare Consumer, seems to be very knowledgeable in the matter, and offers loads of advice and website contacts. The service they offer does have an upfront charge which is £375.
Looking at their website www.timesharescams.org.uk it seems odd though that a company who claims to be working in association with a group of over 40 lawyers doesn’t know that certain company details should be on the web as stipulated by law.
There is only have a telephone number 0161 381 0002 and a form to fill in if you want to make an inquiry. No mention on where the company is based and where these “10 Specialist Advisors” are actually calling from.
Luckily at Mindtimeshare we have done our homework and we obtained information from an internal reliable source which confirmed to us that this company called TimeshareScams is linked to the Group of companies headed up by Eugene Kaiser with companies such as Reclaimgc, Voyager Travel, Resorts4all, Blue Flag Travel and GC Resorts.

Knowing that a company such as Reclaimgc is behind TimeshareScams.org.uk does change the whole picture though, and consumers should certainly think twice before doing any dealings with this company.

Spectrum Travel have been taken to court and a company called Dalton Group Finance are apparantley processing the refunds. Has anyone owed money by Spectrum been contacted by them? Did you get you money back?
