The European Fair Trade Advisory Group also known as EFTAG has done a name change to European Fair Trading.
The change goes together with a brand new website for European Fair Trading www.europeanfairtrading.com which was registered on the 30th of April 2012
European Fair Trading in Benalmadena has their in Avenida Federico Lorca, Pueblo Quinta Fase II, 29631 Benalmadena Costa, phone number 0034 952 575 111 and email address admin@europeanfairtrading.com
European Fair Trading presents a clean looking website where the main objective is helping timeshare consumers who were victim of fraud, scams, mis representation and lies.
Sounds good, if it wasn’t for the fact we already know European Fair Trading and we know where they come from!
Because they cannot deny they are directly linked to ITRA and to the Club Class Group of companies, and so far as we know these companies are not known as “helping timeshare consumers” (

)
And let’s not forget what this company is doing on the other side of the world in Asia, where there are as many complaints and alerts placed on their Asian branch called AFTAG – Asian Fair Trade Advisory Group!
Have a look at the alerts published by CASE the Consumer Association in Asia for Timeshare owners:

Visiting the website of AFTAG,
http://www.ftagasia.com
you can clearly read the following:” Since our inception, we have coordinated our efforts within the industry, and worldwide, with the collaboration of: ITRA, and; EFTAG”
The question always arises of WHY change a name when you brand is supposedly successful? Why would a company change their name and website after only 1 year, if they have helped thousands of consumers so far and all they do is good?
Why would EFTAG or now European Fair Trading go through the hassle and expenses of changing a website, email addresses, stationary, billboards etc. if they are not doing anything wrong? Something to hide maybe? Not happy with the numerous matches of negative comments on Google when you type in European Fair Trade Advisory Group or EFTAG?
Because there are a lot of matches, and not only the articles Mindtimeshare wrote about EFTAG, the European Fair Trade Advisory Group! (
http://mindtimeshare.me/?s=EFTAG
),
So please be alert when you receive a cold call or email from this company called European Fair Trading, inviting you to a “Free of charge” consultation to dispose of your timeshare!
Has European Fair Trading contacted you from telephone 0034952575111 ? Please let us know. You can place a comment on the blog or write directly to customercare@mindtimeshare.com
not so much on this company but has anyone heard fro Sophie Harrison of ZE Consultancy of London tel 0207 183 6897?
She contacted me yesterday about Incentive Leisure Group and that the money had been ordered by the courts to be put back into Reclaim Investment Bank and was there to be claimed, but unfortunatly our paperwork had not been registered correctly by Incentive!
Thier company would charge only £289 to make sure that all was in order!
I do not think so

Hi John – I just had a call from Lucy Jones at the same company. I have asked her to put everything in writing to me. I always ask this now from any of the scammers and have never yet received anything in writing.
