A new alert goes out for a supposed liquidator’s office by the name Senteno Galaviz.
This company cold calls timeshare consumers and pretends to be the official appointed liquidators for Cashback Sales & Administration. They even “warn” about other companies claiming the same and Senteno Galaviz strongly advices not to deal with these companies!
Senteno Galaviz has an address in Calle Honda 4-6, 11403 Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Their telephone number is 901 009 303 and fax +34 956 921 948

There is no website for Senteno Galaviz, no company registration number, no lawyers identification, nothing really. Not even a first name as Senteno and Galaviz are surnames!
Person calling on behalf of Senteno Galaviz is a lady called Rebecca Elford.
Please be aware that these people are not appointed liquidators and there is no such company in Jerez de la Frontera!
If they request any money upfront for the processing of your reclaim certificate, taxes or other made up fees, please do NOT pay.

I have just been contacted by Rebecca Jenkins of ibarra mantez, sounds the same as above, no payment required, I have just sent my reclaim cert off to spain but she said reclaim has gone into liquidation and if i sent her copys of the cert and other papers she could put a claim in for me, does anyone know if any of this is true, i have tried to phone reclaim but just get an answer phone, can’t seem to find out anything about “ibarra mantez” on the internet, anyone know of this company?
I was cold-called by Rebecca Elford of Senteno Galaviz about a month ago. She insisted that no payment was required as all costs would be paid by the other side. I did not return the application form as I could not find any information on the supposed company eg through a web-site. Am I being overly suspicious? As no payment is being requested what could they do with the information that would be to my detriment?
