We have another so called “liquidator” by the name of Olvera Goya cold calling timeshare consumers about their Reclaim certificate and money held by the Spanish government to be paid out!
Olvera Goya claims their address is: Calle Larga 14 -3, Jerez de la Frontera, 11402 in Spain
Their phone number is 901 00 92 61 and Fax 956 92 19 40
After an initial cold call Olvera Goya send the consumer a 3 page long letter explaining that the money from the Reclaim Certificate is waiting for them, but that this is considered an investment asset in Spain and therefore the consumer has to register with the Spanish Tax Office.
Olvera Goya, without pressure explains how this is to be done, but of course between the options of queuing up for over 7 hours at the tax office, and travelling to Spain several times to obtain this number, the offer from Olvera Goya to handle it all against a fee seems the most sensible one.
Applying for this NIE number (Fiscal Tax number in Spain) is not very expensive and Olvera Goya mentions a charge of around 15 to 20 Euros.
But of course this won’t be the only charge that the consumer will discover in his aim to get the Reclaim money in his account, and Olvera Goya will be informing him of all the taxes, investment taxes, legal fees, notary fees and others.
Please note that there is no such company by the name Olvera Goya in Jerez de la Frontera, neither is there money set aside by the Government to be paid out to Reclaim victims.
NIE numbers or tax registration is not necessary for timeshare consumers who receive money from a reclaim certificate, and last but not least, there are no charges to be paid whatever they call it!
So if you have been called by Olvera Goya from 901009261 please let us know.
You can send us an email to customercare@mindtimeshare.com or place a comment on the blog.
