Have you changed your original timeshare membership for a Diamantie Travel one, in order to get it sold?
Unfortunately we are receiving more and more complaints about this dubious travel club called Diamantie Travel.
It seems that after the Timeshare consumer has paid an upfront fee to dubious resale companies such as Viva Connect (http://wp.me/p1kmoi-2Q), and after being told that the guaranteed sale didn’t really happen in the end…Diamantie Travel appears on stage!
Diamantie Travel with address 17 Urb. Bau Houffman BQ77, Euroconnect 24793 Torrox, Malaga and telephone number 0845 004 0920 or 0034 695 629 392 displays these details slightly different on their “official” paperwork.
The website www.diamantietravel.com was registered on the 23rd September 2011, so rather surprising clients are “queuing” up to buy this rather new product!
So after the resale has fallen through and Diamantie Travel contacts the consumer, he is assured that the change to this new membership will facilitate a new sale as people are waiting to buy this. Diamantie Travel sends documents out to be signed where between retainer fee already paid and the actual sales price of the timeshare membership a balance shows of around £1000.
The balance has to be paid by bank transfer which means the payment is not protected and cannot be claimed back! Once paid the £1000 and papers signed, the membership will finally be sold.
Nothing like that happens though…and once indeed the paperwork is signed and the money paid through bank transfer, the consumer receives a membership certificate and explanation on how to book the holidays through Diamantie Travel!
So no sale, more money lost and another (useless) membership!
