Yet again another “legal” company that cold calls with unbelievable stories, this time they use the name Callejo Garcia SL
Callejo Garcia SL supposedly based in Calle de la Carcel Alta S/N 1810 Granada, Spain is cold calling timeshare consumers with the story about the court having ruled against the different timeshare companies and set aside money to be paid out to the victims.
Bufete Callejo Garcia targets all kinds of nationalities and after the initial telephone call where they break the wonderful news about the money waiting for the timeshare owner, they send out impressive paperwork by email. This paperwork shows the ruling of the court and the amount of money the timeshare owner has been awarded.
Amounts around 45.000€ seems to be waiting in the bank and all it needs is a 10% over this amount to be paid as court fees and administration fees.
Payments can be done through bank transfer to a supposed financial advisor under the name of Joerg Felix Uehlinger (!!) A very familiar name to those who have been on our blog before!
Callejo Garcia does not have a website and for contact details they have the following numbers: +34 602 596 235 and +34 603 291 572 or fax +34 958 049488
Their email address is callejogarcia1@gmail.com
Please note that there is no such Legal company by the name of Callejo Garcia in Granada and neither has there been any court ruling against timeshare companies where the government has awarded money to be paid out to the victims.
Payments by bank transfer are NOT protected, so paying considerable amounts to companies that cold called and claim to have money for you waiting in a bank is certainly not advisable!
If you have been called by Callejo Garcia from Spanish mobile numbers 602596235 or 603291572 then please let us know!

You sound as if you are in the same position as me, Trying to get rid of my points in Diamond Resorts. Why is it so difficult? You can’t even give them away, it seems that it is easier to get out of a marriage contract!
No I have not had that pleasure..Of late they appear to have forgotten me.- I have not had one of these intrusive phone calls – as some are – for almost a week. This is the first time I have heard of one of these from Granada. Usually they are on the coast or in the Malaga region. Marrion Wells.
Hi there,
I was contacted by HRD last September paid my retaining fee over the phone by debit card which i wish i hadn’t i was really taken in by them saying they had a sale for my RCI points.
I have phoned and emailed them as many times they told me i would have to wait a year since i signed a contract to get my retaining fee money back unless they had a sale for my points before that, it is coming up for a year towards the end of the month and cannot contact them, now i’ve lost all that money it is so annoying how they can get away with this. I’ve heard they keep trading under a different name.
