Do you have more information about West Management?

The question if we have heard from West Management in Valencia has come up a lot this week.

This apparent new Timeshare Resale company that operates under the name West Management has been cold calling timeshare consumers with the usual pitch of the resale that is about to happen.

West Management’s website http://www.westmanagement.biz/index.html was registered in March 2012 although the identity of the Registrant has been concealed.

The website does not really give a lot away; there is no clear company identification, and the address: Apartado de Correos 67, 46080 Valencia is a postbox at a local post office.

Telephone number 0844 9911 509

West Management explains on the web that they sell and buy timeshare, but there is nothing on display on the web, so seems like a miracle a buyer would actually contact them to purchase and on top of it they can match the buyer with the timeshare of the owner they cold call!

In order to process this miracle sale, West Management needs an upfront payment, a liability fee or security bond as they call this. To make sure the timeshare owner sill send off his deeds to complete the sale.

This is against the law, and a cold calling company with no clear company identification, an address in a postbox and an upfront fee request…should NOT be trusted.

If you have been called by West Management from 08449911509 in Valencia, please let us know.

Hello, I also entered into a contract with Leisure Alliance just 5 days ago while I was in Spain. I was caught unaware and now that I am home and have read the contract completely I wish to cancel it if possible. There seems to be no cooling off period mentioned in the contract and as the contract says it is governed by Gibrlatar Laws I am unsure of my rights. Could anyone advise?

    Thank You

I have been contacted by a Karen Ritson who works for a company called Viva who are working on behalf of Consumate Connections. She wants to know the name, amount paid and date of the last company we advertised our timeshare through as she can get the amount repaid in fullas well as the full price we originally paid for the timeshare as she has a corporate customer waitingto buy. Has anyone else been contacted by her or has heard of her?
