A company using the name Holiday Exchange Outlets has started their cold call campaign and is coming in strong.
Surprisingly The Vacation Outlet seems to have calmed down after the publication of our blog article http://wp.me/p1kmoi-xi
Well no longer a surprise when we compare the address of Holiday Exchange Outlets with the one for The Vacation Outlet and realize they are exactly the same:
Camino de Coin, Poligono San Raphael, Las Lagunas, Mijas Costa 29650
Telephone did change +34 951 242 688 and a new email: info.heo@gmail.com
There is no web, no nothing for Holiday Exchange Outlets. No Company registrations on the letter send by email or anything that would indicate the slightest “official” existence of this company.
The introduction letter or follow up letter they send after the initial call is not even signed with a name and only states Administration. That is handy, as in this way the staff only need to change the name of the customer on top!
The content will remain the same we suppose, the supposed guaranteed resale offer and the request for the “liability insurance” payment of £1150 which can be paid by credit card and will be returned once the sale has been processed in 6 to 8 weeks.
Needless to say that we don’t really trust Holiday Exchange Outlets and certainly do not recommend them.
If you have been called by Holiday Exchange Outlets from 0034 952242688 then please let us know. You can write us an email to customercare@mindtimeshare.com or place a comment on our blog.
