i am waiting for a telephone call from these people today i was informed yesterday by telephone and a follow up email they would get our money back i was informed lion were bust. my husband looked at your website for us to realise another con i was informed they had been appointed by some company to act on our behalf

There’s no substitute for printing the truth ! It’s only when these sc** outfits find out when their dirty tricks are exposed in the way Mindtimeshare does so brilliantly, that outfits such as this one feel they can go running to the law to help them shake off the glare of “bad publicity”. Thank goodness the judge saw through their ruse and well done to Alberto and his team for “fighting their corner”! Keep up the good work!

Just had call from the all inclusive club, they knew all about my Extra Weeks membership and Direct Resort International as I also have been sucked in by them, own 8 weeks all together and not been able to use any of them, they wanted 199 for each week, then dropped it to 392.00 for all 8, then could just pay 99.00 now to hold the offer as it expires on Monday. Not going to be suckered again, very smooth talkers but no deal this time. Gail

My husband and I were tricked into buying some useless vouchers for holiday resorts. When we tried to contact the so-called company by phone and mail, no-one replied. So the vouchers, which we paid far too many euros for, are not even worth the paper they are printed on. – We urgently advise anyone going to Gran Canaria to shrug off these swindlers who operate on the streets.

I have been contacted by REAL TIME CLAIMS LTD who say they can claim back all monies paid to ILG. on a no win no fee basis.They wiill charge 30% commission on any money received back.Has anyone dealit wiyh these people or are they just another con ??

Bei mir war’s ähnlich wie bei Markus, bei mir war die Hauptanruferin Frau Stein, und als ich i letzten moment die Alarmglocken inmnerlich hörte, einen Treuhänder für die 1400 € verlangte und bei Ablehnung auflegte, meldete sich danach nochmal die Frau Richter als Verkaufsleiterin – natürlich vergebens, denn da kannte ich schon miindtimeshare und die warnenden Beiträge hier. – Dank an Euch alle!

I have received the letter in question,with the same amount.
I never used this company and I told them I thought they were scammers years ago,i also got conned into selling my worthless contract,but lucky I got my money back.
when I was selling the contract I dealt with leisure time marketing,and also bluechip-sl.com
both of these companies are con merchants,sadly blue chip still owe me £700 and I have no chance in getting it back,so if anyone is contacted by either company don’t pay them anything even if they promise a buyer is sitting on their lap !!!

I have been trying to find details as to who runs this outfit now…does anyone know if its still the travel emporium?

Premiere insisted there was no cooling off period but we disputed this and wrote to them within fourteen days of signing the contract requesting cancellation. After nearly three months we have finally received a full refund from our credit card company. My advice to others is stay well clear of L.A. Premiere.

I also have been contacted by xpress resales, Oh yes the lovely Sharon!! We have Rci points Sharon claims that they have a purchaser that can proceed as soon as we pay a retainer of £1300.00
I informed her that there is a new government directive banning these fees up front. All i got in response was a Dead telephone line. And then a voice message saying if I wish to phone them I could, hmmmmm
we have been caught by these cold calling resale companies befor , fortunately we got our money back from the bank and they reclaimed it back from the resale company.
My next port off call is the trading standards to report them as a bogus company,
