Club Class Concierge, ITRA and their fronts.

Owners Action & Bridge View Consultants Ltd - – are just basically two “fronts” of ITRA (International Timeshare Refund Action) – – to promote ultimately the marketing of the discount travel membership club, Club Class Concierge, product part of the Club Class Group, run by Peter Utal & Andy Cooper.

ITRA was, until last August 2010, a timeshare resale organisation founded by ETOO, an alleged bogus timeshare resale firm, run by Club Class.

The UK Advertising Standards Authority – ASA – declared in August 2008, that ETOO  had collected fees worth £17.5million from EU timeshare and points owners, during the previous six years, although it had only being able to achieve a 20% resale rate, despite initially informing its clients, that it had a firm resale offer for each one of them! As a result of the previous in August of 2008, UK ASA took ETOO´s ads from air in the UK.

The letter sent by Owners Action to the members contacted would also include a “guaranteed exit strategy” which in fact means, that timeshare and points owners attending ITRA´s meetings will be offered to trade in their deeds, for a very costly holiday club membership, Club Class Concierge, along with a cashback scheme, Cashback Europe Plc.

I am trying to sell my timeshare with Seasons Holidays, 1 red floating week in 2 bedroom, but am not sure how and who we should use. Seasons recommend I use Worldwide Timeshare Hypermarket, but after checking their website they do not seem to be selling.
Can you recommend another reputable company, or should I just go with their recommendation?

  4. I just cannot believe there is nothing that can be done about these BASTARDS, basically what it all boils down to is they are going to rip you off no matter what they say.

they have started getting little old ladies to call, with such lovely voices it’s hard to say no, but that’s what you have to do,JUST SAY NO…………

NEVER EVER belive a word they say.

We have been ripped of for £12,000 so far, with littel or no chance of getting it back, because they have so many fronts it’s hard to track exactly who the lead company is.

Anyone who cold calls about your timeshare is going to screw you no matter what they say, just tell them you sold it and that’s the end of it, i did that and no one has called me since.

EFTAG have invited my wife and myself to visit Malaga, accommodation paid, to attend a meeting with a Spanish Notary, to join in on legal action against ILG on a no win no fee basis. They say Gary Leigh’s funds are frozen and can be used to pay claims. Sounds dubious but is there any harm in taking a “cheap holiday” anyway.

    • Hi David,
      Thanks for your message.
It is a free holiday but with a dubious catch so please be very careful! The accommodation might be free but their intentions is not to give things away..
Don’t take your credit card or any payment method with you when you go for the meeting, and allow yourself a cooling off!
Needless to say we would like to hear about the meeting if you really do go.
      Kind regards
