Are you unable to contact the cashback company Reclaim Ltd?

This is what many consumers are reporting to me.

Reclaim Ltd, is linked with the company Pro IV Solutions SA, at the headquarters’ Incentive Leisure Group in Spain (now called Personal Travel Group):

Calle Rio Darro s/n, Portal 2. 29650 Mijas – Malaga – Spain

Phone 0034 952 462 255

You should be aware that one of the main firms marketing this cashback, i.e. Incentive Leisure Group (Gibraltar) Ltd, along with the holiday club Designer Way Vacation Club, among others products associated with this cashback, has gone into liquidation just this January 2011, and last December 2010 the Office of Fair Trading had decided to take ILG (Gibraltar) Ltd to Court, along with other companies.

I strongly believe that your chances to get anything back from your cashback certificate are very slim.

Please, read the following articles:

Credit / Debit Card Refunds – February 3rd, 2011 – Daily Mirror

If you are one of Reclaim’s victims, I strongly recommend you to report to the Office Of Fair Trading; Trading Standards,; UK ECC; and ASA; that Reclaim Ltd seems to have stopped operating.

As Reclaim Ltd seems not active from its office in Mijas – Malaga, I would also recommend you to tell about this matter to the European Consumer Centre in Madrid (English version of the site).

I have waited five years and one month and sent my redemption cheque by recorded delivery to Loyalty reward scheme sl in Torremolinos. It arrived right on the date as I sent it by tracker. It has arrived back today unopened.I seem to have lost 5 Timeshares and also a huge lump of cash. Is it worth going over with the heavy gang to sort them out or go through the courts.William.

We have recently been contacted by spanish firm of lawers by the name of Ramirez & Ramirez regarding a claim against Incentive Leisure Group for a re-claim certificate. They are asking for £850 to fight the case for us. Do you know if they are a legitimate company, or is this just another way of getting us into yet another scam! We would appreciate your comments on this matter. Thankyou Mr.J.J.Makinson
