This week we received great news from one of our consumers Roger C. who contacted us at the beginning of April. He was very concerned about the fact he paid money to Blue Chip SL and now couldn’t get hold of them.
Roger sent us all the documents received and after looking into his case we explained to him how to go ahead for a refund claim.
Great news is that this week we received below message from Roger which speaks for itself.
Well here is the update, Blue Chip SL not responding to phone, email or normal mail, so nothing new there.
But the GOOD news is My VISA Company has managed to get my money back from their bank. I have not received notification from the company, but on checking my bank balances last night, i have been credited with the full amount.
So I would like to thank you for your help in this matter. I was anticipating getting nothing back, but with the information you supplied me with, made it a worthwhile cause.
