Another consumer recovered their money from BLUE CHIP.

This week we received great news from one of our consumers Roger C. who contacted us at the beginning of April. He was very concerned about the fact he paid money to Blue Chip SL and now couldn’t get hold of them.

Roger sent us all the documents received and after looking into his case we explained to him how to go ahead for a refund claim.

Great news is that this week we received below message from Roger which speaks for itself.

“Hello

Well here is the update, Blue Chip SL not responding to phone, email or normal mail, so nothing new there.

But the GOOD news is My VISA Company has managed to get my money back from their bank. I have not received notification from the company, but on checking my bank balances last night, i have been credited with the full amount.

So I would like to thank you for your help in this matter. I was anticipating getting nothing back, but with the information you supplied me with, made it a worthwhile cause.

Many thanks for your help.

Roger C.

(PS an unknown company rang to say they could sell my DWVC membership, I hung up)”

Congratulations to Roger for this tremendous positive result, and we hope that this will help other consumers with their refund claims.

  1. Bill says; A good bit of news. At the beginning of November I was cold called by Blue Chip and accepted their offer to sell my unwanted Club Class membership and gave them my credit card details to pay for the up-front “security retainer” of 1250 Euros they required. I decided to pull out of the deal however after I saw the adverse comments and warnings about them on Mindtimeshare’s website. I did this by writing to them within the 15 day cooling-off period provided for under The European Act 2008 cancelling the proposed deal and demanding a full
refund of the money taken from my credit card. I reminded them in my letter that taking such an up-front payment was, as they must know, illegal under the latest European Timeshare Directive. Although they threatened to withhold 20% (ie 250 Euros) as an administrative charge they did not do so and I got a full refund.
