Cold Caller Alert! MI CASA REAL ESTATE, have they called you?

We just want to launch a quick alert for those surfing the web for more info.

Mi Casa Real Estate seems to be cold calling timeshare consumers with amazing offers for their timeshare.

They request a holding fee which will be deposited into an Escrow account.

Dear Timeshare owners, please be aware that a holding fee, retainer fee, deposit or whatever they call it…goes against the law!

Forget the escrow pitch or the arrogant “your payment is protected” option…your rights are protected by law and this law states NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS!

Have you been called by Mi Casa Real Estate? Please let us know!

1 Response to Cold Caller Alert! MI CASA REAL ESTATE, have they called you?

  1. Ray says:

Casa Real contacted me by telephone in 2008 regarding a customer who was looking to purchase my timeshare at Palm Oasis, Las Palmas. They were very professional and were aware of all my details (week no, apartment type and my address details etc) all of which must have come from or via Palm Oasis. The contact was English and the price offered was substantial. After a number of conversations, I was asked to transfer some fees to their Notary, which I foolishly did. After a request for a further transfer, I suspected that this was not a genuine offer and I was subsequently was unable to contact them.
