How professional is Association Professional Enterprise?

A new alert goes out for an apparent genuine company with dubious ways of working..

Association Professional Enterprise SL. allegedly based in Alicante, Avenida de Salamanca 22, 03005 Alicante, Spain and with website appears to be a normal property management business with a range of services on offer.

The website was created on the 18th of October 2011, so red hot from the press as they say…

There is somebody calling in name of this company, quoting this website and telephone number 0203 397 4882 with a totally different pitch; the guaranteed sales pitch and the upfront fee if you want to materialize this sale.

The upfront fee is presented straight away as the fee to be paid to the Spanish Tax office. They even give you the name of the Tax Inspector Mr. Osvildo Daniel Martinez who can only be reached by Spanish mobile number 0034603172794 and holds a bank account in Malaga (like 500 km away from Alicante) for receipt of this tax to be paid.

When calling Mr. Martinez  on 0034 603172794 and asked for his office number or landline, he explains he is not allowed to provide this number..

Does this sound dodgy or not??

Have you been called by Association Professional Enterprise or Asociados Profesionales Enterprise SL?

Let us know please! Ah…and please, do hang up on them!

I am new to this website but have found the info and comments really helpful.
I am another idiot, who parted with approx £1000 to Blue Chip ( part of the same group as Half Moon Holdings) for a “sale” of my DWVC holiday membership. Needless to say the “sale” never happened and my last contact with them was a couple of months ago and was very unsatisfactory.
Today, I have been contacted by the Association Professional Enterprise with the scenario outlined above – pay the Spanish tax and you’ll get a full refund of what you’ve spent. I haven’t committed myself to anything, thank goodness, although they are supposed to be sending me paperwork by e mail later today. After reading this website I will definitely not be proceeding further!
I would be interested to see if Beki has any success in recouping her money through her credit card company as I feel that is probably the only route left open to me.

    • Dear Brenda,
      Thanks for your message.
Really sorry to hear you paid Blue Chip and DWVC.
But please do not pay any penny more to companies like this and let us send you the paperwork to see if you can recover some of the lost money.
      Kind regards
      Customer Care

Hi : I am new to this forum and would be grateful to hear from anyone having any experience in dealing with Club Class Holidays. I personally find nothing special about them but, stupidly, we sold our timeshare in Menorca to them. This was at rock bottom price.
We were convinced, by high pressure sales people from this dodgy company, that Club Class would take over the paying of yearly maintenance charge but we were not told that Club Class would charge an annual fee for continued membership. In short, Club Class was a better option.
Is there any way that we can get back our timeshare at the original selling price? If there is a GENUINE group that has same problem as mine, then I will be quite happy to join them in their dealings with Club Class.

Hi, we were the same idiot as you and paid the initial upfront fees and were told after the sale “fell through” that they had then sold our holiday membership for additional fees to a corporate company, principle travel, hmm sounds familiar. We also declined. Look at more news relating to half moon holdings on this site though, regarding contract fulfillment, they will be in touch soon to get you to sign over the selling to their private division but then try and say they have fulfilled their contract. We have now been in contact with our credit card company as we have since discovered that these holiday memberships are not transferable, not worth anything and unsaleable. Oh and don’t get caught out by any solicitors cold calling you as well, saying they can get the money back and you need to pay xxxx amount of pounds, thats a scam too. We told our credit card company that HM Holdings have provided us with misleading information and have fraudently sold us a service they know they cannot fulfill. We are yet to find out the outcome but fingers crossed it will go in our favour.

    • Dear Beki,
Thanks for the comment, we hope your bank will give you a positive answer.
Still we will send you the relevant information, just in case you need any further help with the refund request.
      Kind regards

    Hello Alberto

On the subject of dodgy dealing. Thanks to the warnings on the site i avoided the follow atempt to get more money from me today by Half Moon Holdings. They claim to have attended a conference at which Principaly Travel made an offer to Buy my DWVC membership for £7,000. Oh the catch a further up front payment of $1,690 euros which was for the notoriety fees etc and was refundable along with the original $1295 euros this idiot paid in the first place. Told them i dont believe them and that it is illegal to ask for up front fees told them they were scammers and at that point the lady mumbled she would have to find a private buyer. I asked for proof they had successfuly sold DWVC for anyone but they refused saying clients details are confidential.
