A new lawyers office has been brought to our attention, called Lazaro Flores.
The lawyers office Lazaro Flores is supposedly based in Calle San Sebastian 17/2, 21004 Huelva, Spain and contact details Telephone 0034 901 009 212, fax 0034 901 009 211 and email lazaroflores@post.com
There is no website and the telephone numbers are not related to Huelva at all, so can be ringing anywhere in Spain.
This office is cold calling timeshare consumers, mainly ILG / DWVC members to claim there is money waiting in the Spanish “Central bank” account to be paid out to the victims of this company.
In order to get the money transferred to the account of the timeshare owner they send a detailed document explaining all the procedures and requirements from the Spanish government in order to get the money and not get lost in the claim.
Of course the options they give you point out that the best thing to do is to take up the services of this office and let them do the paperwork for an upfront fee.
Once again we have to remind these kinds of companies, that it is illegal in Spain for a legal consultancy to offer their services by phone in the way of cold calls.
Neither are there any lawyers or their offices in Spain appointed to process the claims of ILG Victims, there is no money waiting in the bank and the Spanish government would never ever ask a private lawyers office to handle this and collect money on their behalf!

I paid 2,409 euros to Lazaro Flores, supposedly for the tax required before payment of the cash allegedly held for me in a Spanish Bank. Is there any way I can recover this money?
I have also been asked to pay “tax” to Hacienda Multiservices, which I have refused.
We have been contacted by Ramirez and Ramirez and also Lazaro Flores. Lazaro Flores are not asking for a fee they say we have tax to pay to the Spanish tax man before our money can be released. They said the Spanish tax man would send us an invoice and we would pay the tax man directly. How can they gain from this?

Lazaro Flores makes money out of charging you for a service that does not exist! The Spanish Tax man does not use third party lawyers offices and less for payments.

we have been contacted bythe diamond marketing group and ramirez ramirez we paid lazarofloras 500 pounds upfront and got nothing back . we were also contacted by holiday direct we sent them .500 pounds to be told the sale of our time share fell through so they asked for anouther 750 pounds to sell to a corporate company we did not do this.

On each one of these companies there are articles on this blog, and we feel not one of them is trustworthy.
Please do not pay anymore money out to these people.
The resale offers do not exist, and neither will they dispose of your timeshare.

I have been called by Ramirez & Ramirez solicitors in Fuengirola asking for all my details to do with DWVC and Excalibur Sales & Marketing in Malaga. They offer a service to challenge these companies in Court in Spain and reclaim money. There is an upfront fee. Are they ligitimate. ??
