A new alert goes out for a company called Nimda 21 Claims, or Nimda21.
This company has started cold calling only a couple of days ago, and we are already inundated with requests from concerned consumers as they have been called.
Nimda 21 appears to be a “new company”, but with a bit of investigation and asking the right sources we have been informed that this company is the latest “baby” of the Club Class Group of companies. (Read more; https://mindtimeshare.me/?s=club+class)
If they are setting up companies with different names trying to get away from those names which reputation has been damaged already such as ITRA, EFTAG ´& Club Class, well we are sorry to say it didn’t really work out then as we have found out straight away!
We might be a pain in the b*** for Club Class, but we really need the consumers to know.
Looking at the email confirmation they send after contacting the consumer, we can actually see straight away that indeed the email which is send out from ITRA is not very different.
On the cold call the agent informs the consumer that “a lawsuit” is taking place against the timeshare industry.
“All owners are entitled to take part in this lawsuit, which is on a NO WIN/NO FEE basis and is at no cost to the consumer as all costs are being absorbed by the litigation funders.
Claims have been put to Counsel and they have advised there is a case to answer and compensation is expected to be in the region of anything up to £20,000. Timeshare owners will be entitled to 60% of this compensation, 40% will be retained to repay the sponsors and litigation funders.
Free funding has now been allocated in the timeshare owner’s name. This covers his one to one meeting with a representative of the Legal Team, his accommodation and registration of his claim.
The agent will call the owner to arrange the 3 day “business trip” to Benalmadena in Spain.”
So what details do we have? No address on the paperwork..

So we have a new Class Action company with “old” pitch and paperwork…and most probably also an old Address as Benalmadena is not that big to have numerous offices spread out!
And if we are indeed talking about a similar or same set up as ITRA, well then we know what is happening on the 3 day “business” trip. Business for Nimda 21 with no doubts, as they will charge a large sum of money for the Notary certificate, administration and legal fees, adding up to amounts of over £5000! A lot of money taking in accounts a notary certificate in Spain only costs €50!
