NIMDA 21 CLAIMS, latest Class Action with Club Class in the background!

A new alert goes out for a company called Nimda 21 Claims, or Nimda21.

This company has started cold calling only a couple of days ago, and we are already inundated with requests from concerned consumers as they have been called.

Nimda 21 appears to be a “new company”, but with a bit of investigation and asking the right sources we have been informed that this company is the latest “baby” of the Club Class Group of companies. (Read more;

If they are setting up companies with different names trying to get away from those names which reputation has been damaged already such as ITRA, EFTAG ´& Club Class, well we are sorry to say it didn’t really work out then as we have found out straight away!
We might be a pain in the b*** for Club Class, but we really need the consumers to know.

Looking at the email confirmation they send after contacting the consumer, we can actually see straight away that indeed the email which is send out from ITRA is not very different.

On the cold call the agent informs the consumer that “a lawsuit” is taking place against the timeshare industry.

“All owners are entitled to take part in this lawsuit, which is on a NO WIN/NO FEE basis and is at no cost to the consumer as all costs are being absorbed by the litigation funders.

Claims have been put to Counsel and they have advised there is a case to answer and compensation is expected to be in the region of anything up to £20,000.  Timeshare owners will be entitled to 60% of this compensation, 40% will be retained to repay the sponsors and litigation funders.

Free funding has now been allocated in the timeshare owner’s name.  This covers his one to one meeting with a representative of the Legal Team, his accommodation and registration of his claim.
The agent will call the owner to arrange the 3 day “business trip” to Benalmadena in Spain.”

So what details do we have? No address on the paperwork..

NIMDA 21 CLAIMS Tel: UK 0208 819 6388 Tel: Spain +34 952 560 481

The website is not operative as yet but they do have the email set up

So we have a new Class Action company with “old” pitch and paperwork…and most probably also an old Address as Benalmadena is not that big to have numerous offices spread out!
And if we are indeed talking about a similar or same set up as ITRA, well then we know what is happening on the 3 day “business” trip. Business for Nimda 21 with no doubts, as they will charge a large sum of money for the Notary certificate, administration and legal fees, adding up to amounts of over £5000! A lot of money taking in accounts a notary certificate in Spain only costs €50!
Have you been called already by Nimda 21 Claims from 02088196388 or Spanish landline 0034952560481 ?
Please let us know!

unfortunately my mother in law was scammed by this company by the sounds of things, too late for her and not the first scam she’s fallen for (although first time travelling to Spain for such a scam) has anyone else been scammed by this company, she signed the notary (rubbish document) but… was it… that is my concern, when will she know she’s been scammed, she hadn’t told us about it other than she paid £500.00 but now I’m worried for her, she is vulnerable and has been trying to “sell” the timeshare, alarm bells rang when she told me the company said it would affect our property if she left us the timeshare as it’s in perpetuity, the only way it could affect us is via her estate, it could be bequeathed in which case the beneficiary picks up the tab or if unwanted goes back to the estate which cannot then be closed – that is the only problem i could see.
I am contacting her timeshare company to see if she can hand it back to them.
I feel so sorry for her, she has been scammed many times (you’d think she’d of learnt by now) she isn’t “old” but nevertheless vulnerable and has lost thousands of pounds.

    • Annie, thanks for your comment.
We will certainly send you more information and explain how she might be able to rcuperate the £500 she paid.
Please do speak to her, as she might have committed to another payment by bank transfer..
      Kind regards

I am in my hotel lobby on the Internet in Spain waiting to go back to Holland when I noticed this site…….. This sounds so familiar, we are from Holland and we were scammed a few days ago by a company called RIOCC, (Realestate Investments Ownership Consultanty Center) we got a cold call from them first via ITRA to come over to Spain (Fuengirola) for a couple of days and later we got a phone call that we would be picked up by someone of the RIOCC by the reception of the hotel, a tall guy with messy hair picked us up and told us that he was dealing with us and brought us to the RIOCC office. We noticed that this office was quickly set up as a make believe Real Estate office with a manager called Ronald who looked familiar to us when we were invited a couple of years ago by Club Class, this was the first “alarm bell”!!! After a few hours they asked us to pay 4000 Euros and we had to go to the “Notary Office” to settle the agreement with the lawyer to get our compensation.
This was all a fake from begin to the end, and I want to alert people from the UK, Belgium and Holland if they get a call from the RIOCC (Ronalds Illegal Organisation of Conning Clients) to put the phone down quickly.

Yes, I have. I was called by Nimda 21 fortnight ago. They also sent me information. I thought they might be able to help with the increasing amount of maintenance fee. I almost booked the flight ticket to go. I did not realize that it will cost to pay for the legal certificate as they told me that No Win, No Fee. I only need to pay for the flight to go to Spain, to sign the document. The accommodation is free for 2 days. What shall I do?

  6. Arthur says:

Apparently they are talking about a Class Action against “the Timeshare Industry” – a complete nonsense.
