Did you get a Holiday Offer from Resorts4all?

Are you one of the timeshare consumers who received a cold call from Resorts4all? Because this week it seems a lot of people have!

Resorts4all with telephone 911871531 and website http://www.resorts4all.com has started a cold call campaign inviting timeshare consumers to their resorts for a promotional week.

The website looks great and the destinations are certainly very attractive, and the offer being good makes it all very appealing to say yes.

But who are Resorts4all, and first of all where did they get your details? Because none of the consumers who were approached, remembered filling in their details for a promotional holiday.

But it is a bit more complicated than only a cold call for a fly buy holiday.
The offer goes as far as mentioning to the consumer that they can join a Group Action against their timeshare resort / company.  Some agents go as far as telling the consumer that their resort has gone into Bankruptcy or are about to because millions of euros owed, and the consumer should join a group demand against their resort.

When looking at the company details, things start to get clear.
On the contact page the main company name is mentioned: Day International Marketing S.L.
Yes, the company that is also connected to Reclaimgc, Voyager Travel and Lifestyle Holidays.

So for those who have been called by Resorts4all from phone number 911871531 or 0203 519 4683 and are considering to take up the offer, please be aware you might end up with spending more money than expected!

    As of 6th January 2013 both GC Resorts and Blue Flag telephone contact numbers in the UK are not responding to calls – advised as disconnected. Similarly Blue Flag is not responding to email requests. Are these companies still in business??

    This company has called me and said they would be able to stop our maintenance and get us out of our timeshare. We have to book their accommodation, which is refundable as soon as we get their £375. Can anyone help have they also had the same phone call or has anyone managed to get rid of their timeshare?

        Resorts4all have allso contacted us about getting rid of our diamond points and recliaming costs and loans because of miss celling on a no win no fee bases we have payed £375 for an appartment in gran canaria as we have to go out there to do paperwork and legal stuff i have had a confirmation email for the reservation but havent booked flights yet it all seems to good to be true but we need to get out of this. Is it possible they can help ?.

    This company co**** me out of £277 for a week in Atlantic Gardens for £169 plus a further week next year for £100 – yes, I know the figures don’t add up. Week 1 never materialised, and having already booked the flights we booked another hotel through Travel Republic (excellent company)
    If you have paid by Visa Credit OR debit card, activate the chargeback procedure – got my money back last week through Viisa!! result

    we have purchased 4 weeks with resorts 4 All and I have to say, so far trying to book 1 of the weeks has been an absolute nightmare!! They are totally unprofessional in every aspect.We are booked for a week at Atlantic Sands resort in August,who knows what may happen,fingers crossed.

      hi jo can you let me no as i have paid to go there but am unable to get a confim date keep calling with no success , they are a nightmare , until i have a date i am unable to book a flight ,
      wish i had read all the feed back before doing this .

    P.S. Blueflag Travel and Blueflag Travel Solutions are also part of the same group of companies! You will notice how the Blueflag Travel website uses the same style of resort listings and photos as Resorts4All! Just ask yourself this :don´t you think a legitimate company would have a more professional looking website with more info regarding legal regulations etc..?

    I have recently been approached by European Fair Trade Advisory Group with regard to my holiday ownership. I own Club la Costa points and over the last couple of years have lost several thousand pounds trying to dispose of them, having been scammed 3 times ( i didnt learn!!). I have only recently found your website which, whilst depressing making me realise what a fool i have been, has been very helpful. The above company have invited me to Spain 28 March to the free registration centre in Malaga. A member of the legel team will disclose further information in order to help me better understand the various reasons why i may be able to claim compensation. I will also be given the opportunity to visit a Spanish notary should i wish to dispose of my points without having to buy into another holiday product.There are no fee charges, nor will i be liable for any legal fees at any time in the future for registering a compensation claim as all costs have been absorbed by the litigation funders according to the letter I have been sent. They are organising accommodation. Do you think it is bona fida? Should I go? I have paid for my flights but am very nervous having read through everything on your site. Any advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated

      Unfortunately I am unable to offer any advice. However, I too would be interested to hear if anyone has some advice. Like Magaret, I have lost money trying to dispose of my Club La Costa points. We have since given back our ownership and are now paying for a loan with nothing to show for it. I received a cold call from Resorts4all stating that they could reclaim back everything I’ve paid into CLC, including maintainance fees!!! However, the only catch is we have to go to Gran Canaria to read and sign legal paperwork – sound familiar??!! We are being told it’s a completely no win, no fee claim. Has anyone heard of this company or have any info they could share???? Thanks
