Iniexsa Inmobiliaria SA, cold caller with new name but old trick

There must be something in the air, as we are receiving so many inquiries about new companies we can hardly cope with writing alerts on all of them!

Iniexsa Inmobiliaria SA has been brought to our attention. A supposed real estate company, Spanish but with bilingual staff that mainly seem to have Dutch surnames.

After an initial call they send off a whole bunch of very official looking paperwork, a sample contract and a cover document where they expose all their credentials of how good they are and how well they have performed as real estate.

Would be really good if it wasn’t for the fact we have seen this all before!

Iniexsa Inmobiliaria claims to be based in Caceres. Their address as per the paperwork is: Calle San Antón 9, 3º, 10004 Caceres.

Telephone +34 976 362 153, Mobile +34 693 976 759 and fax 0701 0021 215 they have no website but the email address is

After the initial call and the mailing of all the paperwork, the timeshare consumer is informed that of course as great professionals this company cannot take risks with the sale and need a security deposit.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Great, as apart from the fact the request for an upfront fee goes straight against the law, paying this by bank transfer would mean you cannot claim a refund as the payment is not protected!

Have you been called by Iniexsa Inmobiliaria from 0034976362153 or one of their staff on 34693976759 ?

Ive just today had a cold call but cant remember the name of the company, they gave me a good offer but because I bought it in America they want 1350 euros to pay upfront for a Notary. This company said they were based in Spain, does the new law cover this about Notaries. they said they would phone back after I told them I wasnt willing to pay any money upfront, if they do I will get the name of the company and post it here. Advice on the notary would be helpful

    • Hi,
Thanks for your comment. First of all, why would you need a notary for a timeshare resale?
But anyway, a Notary would charge you on the day of the sale when the money is handed over, never upfront!
But please whatever they call it, they are asking for an upfront fee and this is illegal, it goes against the Timeshare Directive!
Don’t pay them, it will be lost money or money difficult to recover!
      Kind regards
      Customer Care
