One always wonders why a company claiming to be genuine and doing right and honest business would see the need of changing their name and their websites.
This is the case for Lifetimexperience who now has put on a new jacket and appears as LTXP Marketing.
But it seems there is no need to change the previous blog articles we published in Dutch http://wp.me/p1kmoi-2S , German http://wp.me/p1kmoi-2X , and French http://wp.me/p1kmoi-iu which are their main target groups.
LTXP Marketing with website www.ltxpmarketing.com registered on the 3rd of February 2012 claims to be an international marketing company providing all kinds of Marketing services.
What they don’t explain on their website is that they approach timeshare consumers through cold calls and after sending them a registration form or evaluation form they invite them over for a personal meeting in a hotel in Belgium or Holland. This can be the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Brussels or an IBIS Hotel in Utrecht for example.
In this meeting they are supposed to be informed about the sale of their timeshare, as yet again LTXP Marketing is one of those companies with corporate buyers lined up..
The “interested” parties to buy the timeshare membership are Viva Club and Lifetimexperience. The same companies as LTXP Marketing, so why pretend they are others?
At the meeting the timeshare owner supposedly hands over his timeshare to LTXP Marketing for the sale, but in order to do so he has to buy into a Viva Club Membership paying thousands of euros! But he can recover this money after some time through a cash back system called Incentive Capital Return. ICR is a Swiss based company with a website http://incentivecapitalreturn.com
This website was registered in November 2011, and no surprise that it was done by the same person registering the websites for LTXP Marketing and Lifetimexperience! On the website they even announce a 1st Annual Europe Conference…
For those who read our previous blog this might all sound very familiar as Lifetimexperience also gave out shares in a “Redemption” system called the RPI Redemption Plan, company based in Switzerland..
We wouldn’t be writing all this if it wasn’t for the fact that those who joined the scheme of Lifetimexperience would really have had their timeshare sold, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case with the people who wrote to us.
Timeshare owners after paying around 9000€ for this sale, ended up with a Viva Club membership, their original timeshare still in their name and the resort claiming the maintenance fees and a Cash Back return from a company that cannot be contacted!
