A new cold caller by the name of Campo Verde Inmobiliaria has started only recently to contact timeshare consumers with the usual pitch about resale and buyers lined up.
Campo Verde Inmo, pretends to be a long established real estate agent in Spain, since 1996 (!!) with experience in timeshare resale.
Campo Verde Inmobiliaria does not have a website though, so no resale on the internet or information, and the email address is campoverde@realtyagent.com

There is actually a real estate on this address but the phone number is totally different and their properties on offer have nothing to do with timeshare!
The paperwork they send through is signed by different people such as Julio Juan Lobato the director, Scott Walker and his secretary Anne Lange.

As stated in the sample contract from Campo Verde Inmobiliaria, the seller has to pay a 9% over the sales price as a security fee to make sure he will be posting the deeds when the sale is processed.
Well, for an experienced real estate/timeshare resale, Campo Verde Inmobiliaria should be more than aware of the Timeshare Directive where it is stated that upfront fees are not to be taken!
