Blue Flag Travel Solutions, new name in the Voyager / Reclaimgc group

Another name to add to the list of companies run by Eugen Kaiser and Day International Marketing, this time it is Blue Flag Travel Solutions.

We already had Blue Flag Travel on the list, a fly-buy operator offering promotional stays but where consumers are taken to a presentation for Reclaimgc and Voyager Travel. (

Now the cold calls have started but under the name Blue Flag Travel Solutions.

Consumers have been called by Blue Flag Travel Solutions regarding reclaiming money paid out for example to Club Class Holidays several years ago.

The agent calling refers to the action being brought through English Courts next year, and claims Blue Flag Travel Solutions can deal with all paperwork required to establish the timeshare consumer’s claim, for a one-off fee of £499.00.

Strange thing is that the caller even knows that the consumer has not made any claim yet against Club Class…how do they know this? That is very personal data!

Blue Flag Travel Solutions website was registered at the beginning of March 2012, and doesn’t really reveal an address on the contact details although they do mention that the consumer might have to travel to Gran Canaria if the “specialist advisors” thinks this is necessary.

Contact details on the web are the phone number 0161 3810002 and the email address:

It is a contradiction to see that Blue Flag Travel Solutions offers to help out those consumers who bought into a Holiday Pack. They even put a list of questions to see if this applies to the consumer; if they were sold under pressure, mis-represented and lied to, paid by credit card and hardly had any use of their membership… wow!

Does this include members of Voyager Travel then? Like the testimonials we have on the blog? Those consumers can tick almost all the “yes” boxes on the questionnaire!

In the event the consumer has to go to Gran Canaria he will be offered accommodation at the Atlantic Sands Resort and they are assured they will not be sold a timeshare or villa at this resort.

Knowing the other companies related to Blue Flag Travel Solutions such as Voyager Travel and Reclaimgc, we have no doubt that this is true! The consumer will not be sold Atlantic Sands Resort, but what about a membership in Voyager Travel or joining a class action with Reclaimgc for thousands of pounds?

Have you been called by Blue Flag Travel Solutions? Please let us know by email to or place a comment on the blog.

Wednesday 24th April 2013 at 14.27. Again I have received a call from BFS. An innocent young female voice offered to reclaim my membership fee I paid to Club Concierge a few years ago. When I asked her what BFS stood for she answered she didn’t know – it’s just initials. I told her I think it stood for Blue Flag Solutions. No – we are part of the MM Consultancy Group, “what in Essex?” – yes. And what does MM stand for – I don’t know. I will tell you, it stands for Mohawk Marketing. – Really! I suggested she got a job at a reputable firm and the call was ended.

Husband (who is rarely at home) took a call from Kelly of Blue Flag Travel solutions on Thursday (31/1). We had another call from her that day and another on Friday.. due to call again today…. They were offering getting us out of management fees for an up front payment of £499. I felt a lot of pressure from Kelly to take them up but said I wanted time to consider (in other words explore the internet)
You are directed to a website with testimonials with a Manchester office address but if you Google them lots of warnings….
Pleased to be linked in to cyber space.
Needless to say I will not be taking up Kelly’s offer … it pays to be a suspicious social worker/sometime politician by profession

Just received a call from James Green of BFS Marketing in Manchester, He gave me all the chat about recovering the membership fee I paid to Club Class 7 years ago under the CCA74. He was wanting to arrange a telephone appointment free of charge for later today for Tom from MM Consultancy in Essex to explain how he could help me recover my fee. Thanks to the e-mails I have received from Mindtimeshare I was able to question him in great detail which made him feel uncomfortable. I asked him what Blue Flag Travel Solutions had got to do with BFS Marketing, Voyager/Reclaimgc Group, – silence – recognise what BFS stands for? Also MM Consultancy is connected with Reclaingc. I told him I probably knew more about this dodgy “recover you money/fees business” than he did. He reacted with – You have been reading that dubious Mindtimeshare website!! Yes , It’s FREE and I have not parted with any money or been pressured to do so. Realising he was on a loser the call ended.

Surely, surely, surely there must be a way of stopping this Company doing what they are doing wether it be either Timeshare or Holidays. We know they are fra******* but seem to just change their name willy nilly and carry on?? What is wrong with the Spanish Government, they must be fed up with this thing happening. Why dont the major newspapers print something on the subject, they print enough other drivel. If it was up there in black and white people would be aware and not be roped in to a pipe dream.Cannot Mindtimeshare let the powers that be know? I am angry that this company ( companies) are still getting away with it and there is only one winner and that is Eugene Keiser !!

My close friend had a call from Blue Flag Travel Solutions who were calling from Tenerife. They managed to talk her into giving her credit card details over for a payment of nearly £500.00. When she told me I immediately did some research on the internet for Blue Flag and when I saw the email address she had been given to contact them with I knew immediately that it wasn’t even a valid email address – it was incomplete. I told her to contact her bank and stop the payment and cancel the credit card which she immediately did and luckily things have been halted. I can’t believe these people. They disgust me! I told her that she should not have parted with any money and should have told them to send the paperwork which she would run past her Solicitor first and then once she was happy she would contact them to arrange payment. Of course if they were bogus they would have hung up the phone on her. I am now looking into legal ways for her to rid herself of her timeshare.

    • Christine says:

Although I think you will find the email address is valid tell your friend not to go near this company. We originally were contacted by GC Resorts 12 months ago and offered a block booking of three one week holidays at 4* resorts anywhere in the world. At first we did not agree but I went on their website and the places all looked very nice, in fact we knew some of them. We stated that we did not under any cicumstances want to be embroiled in Time Share, they catagorically said they were not time share but would want us to go to a quick 2 hour meeting while on our holiday to learn about trips, restaurants, bars, sightseeing etc in the area.
GC Resorts is now Blue Flag Travel !! and I can assure you we have had nothing but trouble with them, every time we have telephoned them to book a holiday they NEVER have the location we want we are always offered either Tenerife or Gran Canaria which we dont want. After 4 or 5 attempts over the year we telephone and asked for our money back……haaaa, that was a joke they got quite aggresive and said we would not be getting any money back as we had been offered a holiday?? We then said OK we will give you another chance to come up with something apart from GC or Tenerife. We are free to travel anytime as we are retired, we heard nothing and after nearly four months phoned them again threatening to take them to court and denounce them in Spain, they laughed in our faces and the lady (if you can call her that) screamed and shouted at my husband like he was a child, they are obviously used to this and are very thick skinned. She said we will contact you when we have found something that is suitable, well that was in October and her we are nearly the end of January. Now even if they did come up with something we would not take it as we have heard it is TIMESHARE and they hastle you 24/7 also they take your C/C details and if you dont sign they threaten to throw you out of the hotel. These people are unscrupulous shysters who prey on idiots like us, yes we were idiots I freely admit. So tell your friend not to even consider it because to our cost we have a very expensive piece of paper in our possession which is their Micky Mouse contract !! Once bitten twice shy.

    • Ron says:

I have also fallen into the trap. Blue Flag have (obviously) failed to fulfil their promises, although they did actually initially do some work on our behalf. So, with options running out to rid us of our timeshare, is there actually anyone who can give me a real legal solution that works?

  5. marion says:

I was contacted by a man called David who said he was from Wimpen Leisure who we have a timeshare with. He said he was chasing arrears for maintenance and that Wimpen are now taking people to court. But as we didn’t owe very much money he was prepared to accept £499 and we would then have relinquished our timeshare back to Wimpen. He knew everything there was to know about us and our timeshare, because of this we had no reason to think he was anyone else other than Wimpen.
He cleverly phoned just before christmas telling us that the office was closed over the xmas holiday and we parted with £499. We then had doubts, phoned the credit card company and found payment didn’t go to Wimpen but Day International Merk. We tried to stop payment but couldn’t now we are trying to get the money back from the credit card company! We tried phoning Wimpen but as “David” said the offices were closed.
This morning we have had a letter from BLUE FLAG travel solutions to confirm we are now a client of theirs and to confirm that we wish them to start to proceed to help relinquish the timeshare on our behalf.
This is more than a scam, its fraud when you pretend to be someone else.

I have just received a call from blue flag travel solution, this must be the 10th company to try to get my money back for me from a carpe diem scam in Tenerife 8 years ago. For the small sum of £499.00 and within 21 days you receive 70% of your cash back £7000. Mmm thanks Lola Jones in Tenerife for your offer 0161 381 002 but I think NOT!!!!!!!!!!.

  7. Peter says:

Just had a cold call from Dorothy Higgins of Blue Flag Solutions, 01614208705 talking about reclaiming money from my bank, referring to section 75 of the financial Act, because of the Incentive Leisure timeshare scam collapse. No fees were mentioned but she is going to email some details then call back Thursday. She also mentioned Martin Lewis & his financial website as an incentive.

  8. Jennifer says:

I have been contacted twice by a lady called Rebecca at Blue Flag Travel Solutions. For the grand total of £999.00 up front on my credit card, she promises to legally relinquish our contract with the Blue Green Corporation in North America. When I said “you’ve got to be joking?” she kindly offered a two phase payment plan that involved paying £499.00 on my credit card. I think that said it all.

    • Lizzie says:

I’ve had exactly the same thing happen to me in the last couple of days, this time it was Laura from Blue Flag Travel Solutions. She said for and up-front fee of £999.00 they could 100% guarantee that we could relinquish our Timeshare in Mexico. She also said we could probably go for mis-selling to reclaim the cost of the initial payment. I kind of egged her on as I was fascinated! 😉 I said that of course she would understand I’d need to do some investigations about her company, to please email me a run down of what they are offering, a proper invoice for the fee etc. She said she’d email, she hasn’t. She also mentioned that if I looked online that Blue Flag Solutions have had a lot of bad press and the comments on sites like this were made by people representing the Timeshare sellers who were cross because Blue Flag have done them out of a lot of money! Laura has tried calling me back on several occassions so I’ve just ignored the calls. However we would very much like to relinquish our time share so if anyone has any idea how we can just give it back (we don’t want anythign for it) do let me know!

      • Tommo says:

If your time share is anything like the one we had, you’ll find in the small print somewhere that if you don’t pay the annual fees they’ll reclaim the timeshare and cancel your membership. That won’t cost you anything!!

      • Andy says:

Just back from a non-timeshare holiday in Lanzarote but reading some blog stuff following a Mindtimeshare e-mail update as we too were caught by the Day International / Voyager sc** to the tune of £4k plus Tenerife timeshare trade-in! We eventually discovered that in reality you cannot “give” or sign over your original ownership certificates to another company – it has to be to another private owner as this legally obliges them to pay the all important maintenance fees.
The short story in our case is that we spoke to Silverpoint (who are the current management company for Palm Beach resort in Tenerife) as we had heard that they were accepting ownership certificates back FOC. Indeed this was true and exactly what we did after retrieving the original documents back during a “free” 1 week holiday back in Porto Atlantico resort GC. This may be exceptional though as word on the timeshare street is that Palm Beach is being prepared for a potential sale as it is prime location and not 1 mile up a steep hill as the sister resorts in Los Cristianos are.

  9. Jackie says:

I’ve just had a call from Blue Flag Solutions telling me that Carpe Diem have gone into liquidation and Blue Flag are acting on behalf of the liquidators. Apparently, they can guarantee that I will get £9,500 back providing I pay 10% upfront by credit card. The sales guy was very pushy about paying immediately to get things going but couldn’t even send me an email of confirmation or contract agreement until I had paid first. Think this maybe yet another scam as I can’t see that there will be a large amount of money on offer if Carpe Diem are in liquidation. Also, have searched the internet and cannot find any evidence of this. Tried ringing the 0161 381 0002 number several times and it has a foreign ringing tone and you just get what sounds like an American voicemail telling you to leave a message.

  10. Chris says:

We bought a three week slot of weekly holidays from GC Resorts in January being told that they were a holiday group and not a hard sell timeshare operator. They said our invoice would be in the name of Day International Markenting. We reiterated that we were not interested in time share and were reasured they weren’t. Since then we have tried to book a holiday at least four times and they can never come up with the dates or places we want to go. We gave them one last chance and said anytime in OCT/NOV and anywhere in Europe. We heard nothing, telephoned today and of course they now answer by the name of Blue Flag?. My husband ended up in an almighty arguement with the young lady, when he could get a word in and said that we wanted our money back or we would Denounce the company. Were told in no un certain terms that we would never get our money back and must take a holiday??? So we are now waiting ‘ holding our breath’ to see if they come up with something. Of course we wont go as we have been told that you are hastled 24/7 until you sign or they will throw you out of the hotel !! Be warned folks this is a sc** and dont ever think you can get something for nothing there is always a catch. We will try and get them outed by putting something in the papers here and in Spain, we have a Spanish lawyer so will take advice from him. I feel for people who have been conned out of more than us. Anyway who is this Eugene Kayser bloke, I would like to r*** his neck !!!

Just had a call from a Gary Thomaa at Blue Flag Travel Solutions telling me all about the money I had paid to DWVC for a scam holiday scheme about 7 years ago. After a lot of questioning from me he passed me on to his boss. A lively lady who promised me to get my money back if I paid her £370 by credit card upfront. I asked her to write to me with details as I was not prepared to pay anything in advance as ‘once bitten twice shy’. She said I was silly not to accept her offer and reluctantly agreed to write to me. I won’t hold my breath!

  12. rena mcl says:

just been called by blue flag travel, said they could get our timeshare maintenance stopped and relinquish it for us,someone who knows what to do calling back tomorrow , i have told them they can do it but no money being paid upfront
