It is not the first time we mention Superior Resorts on our blog as we already published an article a couple of months ago: http://wp.me/p1kmoi-jw
But due to a recent increase of inquiries and complaints we have decided to do an update on the Superior Resort information.
They seem to have changed their initial pitch and now most consumers who have been called by Superior Resorts claim that they were told it was an agent of RCI calling or in some occasions they mentioned Interval International and even Radisson Resorts.
Previously Superior Resorts – 08701 922 190 – has been cold calling with exclusive Bonus Weeks offers to timeshare owners, because “they had paid a lot of maintenance fees in the past years, and thus should offset all the maintenance fees”.
Now a new pitch seems to be used where a consumer is told that the low cost of the bonus weeks offered are because the holidays have been purchased by RCI members who have subsequently cancelled the holiday, and they need to be resold to existing members.
Obviously with a pitch like that the consumer is given the impression it is a RCI Holiday in RCI Accommodation and there is no doubt in their mind to not trust the caller..
Superior Resorts has a non-refundable policy, and it does not include a 14 days cooling off period in its contracts. However, when a potential client asks about the previous matters during the telephone conversation, they are told that this company does indeed accept refunds, and respect a 14 days cooling off period.
Research has shown us that Superior Resorts is linked with companies such as Resort Servie Care http://wp.me/p1kmoi-3y and Resort Care Europe http://wp.me/p1kmoi-oG who coincidentally also use the pitch where consumers are lead to believe they are speaking to an RCI Agent or the promotional department of their Resort.
So should we deduct maybe that after all the bad publicity and complaints generated by RSC – Resort Servie Care and RCE – Resort Care Europe, a name change to Superior Resorts has taken place to avoid consumers searching on Internet and realizing the offer does not proceed from the companies they thought they were?
If you have been contacted by Superior Resorts from 08701922190 or any of the above mentioned companies, we would like to hear from you.

They are also linked with The Holiday Specialist as their answerphone on a geographical number I had on my mobile from when they called me states this is who you are calling if you dial it!
