A new urgent alert goes out for a company called European Solution Services based in Malaga on the Costa del Sol in Spain.
Consumers particularly owners of Holiday Club Memberships such as Travel Connect / Connections 6 and Designer Way Vacation Club / ILG should be aware that European Solution Services (Tel. 0208 144 2613) is cold calling them with resale offers for their holiday club memberships, but always asking for upfront payments of up to 2,000 Euros to secure the resale transaction.
European Solution Services describes the upfront payment as a temporary deposit, “insurance”, that their clients would sign over the holiday club package on completion of the transaction.
European Solution Services would use the following mail delivery address in the UK: Offex Arroyo, PO Box 348, Gatwick Airport, RH6 0WY, Tel. 0208 1442 613; E-mail: europeansolutionservices@gmail.com .
However, once the holiday club owners accept the resale offer, and make the upfront payment – to another company Vacation Time Travel S.A. – to secure the resale of their holiday club memberships, what they receive it is shockingly another holiday club membership purchase contract, Break Away Destinations (12 month) – http://breakawaydestinations.com/ – as a trade in for their original Memberships.
Example of cost of a Break Away Destinations membership: 1,890 Euros.
Break Away Destinations is managed by Vacation Time Travel S.A. and they are the ones taking the credit/debit card payments for the Break Away Destinations Membership.
It is important to highlight that the European Solution Services does not commit in any contract to secure the resale of the holiday club memberships, as initially promised in the phone calls.
Have you been contacted by European Solutions Services from 02081442613 and offered a resale for your timeshare membership? Please let us know!

No, it appears that no-one has been successful in securing a refund from Connections 6.
I stupidly took them at their word and dealt with then. Not had anything back apart from when I finally got hold of someone called Jackie. She said she had left a message on my answer machine but I did not receive it. I was then told there was a delay and it would go before the Notary 31st October 2012 and the money in my account by 7th November 2012. My husband who is not normally home on a Friday is today and he answered the telephone (he knows nothing about this because I thought the money would be back into the account.). I am trying to stall him at the moment regarding ringing her back and made out it is to do with Section75. It seems what she has said that there has been a delay, in what at the mo not sure but would say it has not gone to the Notary and I will be banging my head against a brick wall. Looks like I will have to doa section 75 claim but when I tried for the DWVC I have been refuse twice in the last year. It i now going to the Omsbusman but not holding any hope out. Will post outcome when I speak with them.
