Not often do we place a blog alert about a company on which we have only few information, but the exception will be this company called GRAIN

GRAIN seems to be based in Albacete in Spain or maybe in Mallorca, because different consumers have been told different locations!

The staff calling from GRAIN Inmobiliaria is called Christine O’Connell and Rebecca Watson but strange thing is that they don’t seem to know each other!

The information that is the same in each call is the dubious pitch though about GRAIN being a Spanish successful real estate company that has now moved into the sale of Timeshare and a buyer is lined up for the consumer’s membership.

Substantial amounts of money are mentioned for the sale, and all this money will go into an ESCROW Account.

Of course GRAIN needs to be sure the consumer is not pulling out this sale so they also need an upfront fee from him/her as a liability insurance, and as usual the timeshare owner is assured this money will be recovered once the sale has been processed.

Research has shown us that indeed there is a real estate company called GRAIN in Albacete and a website www.inmobiliariagrain.com , but a quick call with the Spanish owner of this company has clarified that they certainly do NOT handle timeshare sales and as a matter of fact they have nothing to do with this at all!

So if you are called by GRAIN or GAIN from Albacete or Mallorca or anywhere else in Spain, please be cautious, don’t give them your card details and most important; do let us know!
