Another so called legal office by the name of HM Recovery Consultants has been brought to our attention.
HMRC cold calls consumers and explain how experienced and knowledgeable they are when it comes to filing court claims for victims of timeshare scams.
The advice from HM Recovery Consultants is Free, but that word goes as far as the first introductory email where they start asking for the “Court Filing Fee” which rounds the £500
The HM Recovery Consultants client advisor is called Eve Kennedy and she is supposedly based in Centro Commercial primera planta, local 17, Cala de Mijas, 29640 Malaga
A very strange address “commercial center” when there are several in that area, and the wrong postcode…very messy on the letter headed paper for a “genuine” and “efficient” legal company!
Telephone number is a Spanish mobile +34 603 397 656 and fax 0872 111 44 37
Email info@hmrc.es and website www.hmrc.es
On the website HM Recovery Consultants claims to be a bilingual company, yet the website is not even available in Spanish in spite of the company being based in Spain as well.
There is no name mentioned from any of the lawyers that compose the “lawyers team” they mention in their paperwork, neither is there a company registration or a lawyers registration number available.
What more can we say?
Have you been called by HM Recovery Consultants or HMRC from 603397656 and been offered to file a court claim with their help? Please let us know.

I WAS CONTACTED BY HMRC WHO CLAIMED THEY COULD GET ME £30000 IF THEY TOOK
CERTAIN FIRMS TO COURT (FEES £500). I PAID AND NOW I RECEIVE DAILY PHONE CALLS ASKING FOR MORE MONEY.
THE WHOLE TIMESHARE BUSINESS IS CORRUPT AND I DO NOT THINK THAT I WILL GET ANY MONEY BACK FROM FIRMS LIKE CLUB CLASS RECLAIM ETC. ETC.
I ONLY WISH I COULD FIND A BRITISH FIRM WHO WOULD ACT FOR ALL THE PEOPLKE WHO HAVE LOST MONEY TO THESE SCA*****
Quite simple, don’t deal with a company that you either don’t know or can’t properly verify on the web etc.
Yes I have just been contacted by them telling me all sorts of nonesense about how I can retrieve my money. Can I ask what the best thing to say to them so I that I never get contacted again? My grandfather has lost over £5000 to fraudulent individuals and I’ve had quite enough of them calling.
got a call off them some months ago discussed the merits of mind timeshare for some unknown reason they didnt get back to me cant think why
…………….and their initials “HMRC” belong to “Her Majesties Revenue & Customs” in the UK, a government department dealing with taxes etc – is this just an oversite or is it meant as an “initial frightener” to the person being called when they announce themselves as “HMRC”
