Multi Claims – another Club Class / ITRA set up!

Multi-Claims is an apparent new company who has started to email Timeshare consumers with a link to a survey to “evaluate their claim”

Incredible how new names and new websites see the light each week and all lead back to the same source, ITRA (International Timeshare Refund Action) and Club Class

Incredible how a company like ITRA or Club Class who claim to be totally honest, straight forward, looking for the interests of the consumer have the apparent need to continuously start up new websites under new names.

And this time the brand new name is Multi Claims. There is a very nice and elaborated website where yet again the consumer is explained about litigation, group class actions and compensations claims against RCI and Timeshare companies.

Contact numbers for Multi Claims are 01225 430 074, 1225437087 and 1543258937

Email address

Looking at the website, although elaborated and looking “professional”, what is missing is a Company Registration number, an address, simple clear company identification in order for consumers to know who they are dealing with.

But of course, this “firm of specialist consultants who deal with disputes within the timeshare industry” as they present themselves on the web is not a “real” firm but simply another set up from ITRA in order to get those consumers on board who have not signed up yet through ITRA directly or the recent mailing of the RCI Action Group survey.

“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”so if ITRA, Club Class, EFTAG and all the related companies are really doing what they say they are doing…why come up with all these “new” companies to confuse consumers?

If you have received a call from 01225430074, 1225437087 or 1543258937, or an email about this Compensation Claim from Multi Claims, please let us know.

We have been contacted by ITRA in connection to claiming on the increase of the maintenance and the perpetuity issue. We have filled in a survey form with the details of our timeshare weeks they are now asking to go to Spain for three days to sign the claim forms, they will pay for the accommodation but we have to find the flights. When we said the flights are going to be expensive in July and August they have suggested we go to a meeting in Stockport, is this yet another scam? Or is their really a claim going through.

I recently approached a company called, and they are operating in exactly the same format as described above – survey/meeting in Slough/ class action/ no win no fee/ 40% etc. The number given to me is 01225 430074 – same as the Multi Claim number on Adrian’s comments above. I am glad I came across your article, and will now not go to Slough for this meeting. A lucky escape!! Unfortunately, this still leaves me at a total loss as to what to do recoup our at least some of the ‘investment’ conned out of us.

we were contacted, have been for a meeting in Slough and have paid a deposit on credit card. Left without the deeds but have a contract of engagement for services. Reading here, all these stories, we need some help to sort this out and try and dispose of the time share. could you email with advice?

  4. Adrian says:

Also had a call from Multi Claims (01225430074), having completed a survey form, and they have invited us into their office in Heathrow or Southport to show our evidence of Time Share purchase and are confidence of a successful claim against RCI @ which point they take 40% !!
What next ? Is it a scam or for real ?

  5. we have been called numerous times to go to colnbrook to sign up to this action. I can’t seem to get rid of these callers. Is this all a scam?
