New name, old pitch that is the main resume we can say about Timeshare Trading UK or TTUK as they put in their paperwork.
Timeshare Trading UK cold calls the timeshare consumer with an attractive resale offer. In order to complete the sale, which is imminent, the timeshare consumer does have to pay a “Marketing & Liability Deposit” upfront.
As it is well known by us but apparently not by Timeshare Trading UK, the current EU Timeshare Directive forbids any upfront pay deposits in a timeshare resale transaction.
After taking this upfront fee, TTUK sends the contract to the timeshare owner, and it is no surprise at this stage to see that this is a pure Marketing Contract for 12 months and no mention of the buyers that were supposedly lined up. The likelihood that the initial interested buyer purchased the timeshare of the timeshare owner’s cold called is zero.
The website provided by this reseller: http://www.bristolshoppingquarter.co.uk/ – has nothing do with a resale company, but it is the website of a UK shopping area located in Bristol, Broadmead Street.
The address provided by Timeshare Trading UK – i.e. 69 Broadmead, Bristol BS1 3DX – is the location used by the managing team running this shopping area located in Bristol.
The telephone number provided by Timeshare Trading UK is 0117 223 2186 and their email address email@example.com
Needless to say that with all the above details we certainly do not recommend this company!
