It was to be expected and nobody will be surprised to read this, but of course Club Class after the latest news is now trading under one of their names that haven’t been mentioned many times before like the others; Leisure Alliance Plc.
If we had Club Class Holidays, Club Class Concierge, Club Class International, Club Class Services Sarl, etc. …now the active sales decks in both Tenerife and Fuengirola have started to produce the agreements under the name of Leisure Alliance Plc.
The explanation for this as far as we can see, is that this will be the new “strategy” of Club Class to continue with their business but using different names to confuse the public and the authorities.
As many other brands we know from Club Class Group, Leisure Alliance Plc – www.leisure-alliance.com – has their address in Gibraltar P.O.Box 847, Garrison House, Library Ramp, Gibraltar.

The Company Leisure Alliance Plc was registered years ago though in the Seychelles. So for those in need to communicate or claim anything from Leisure Alliance Plc, it won’t be an easy task to get hold of them!

But on their website, in the contact page there are so many other “familiar numbers:

What doesn’t change is the product they sell, a dubious Discount Travel Membership Club with bookings to be arranged through Premiere Travel.
The copies of the agreements we have seen also mention ITRA included. It is not very clear where that came from and we suppose it is possibly a slip of the “pen” when copying a contract from Club Class, but certainly another indication that all remains the same, and although they are using a different name, the rest hasn’t changed a bit.
A concerned consumer who emailed the Customer Services department about her Club Class Concierge membership and what will happen now that the 7 clubs will be wound up as per the court order, was told the following:
“We wish to inform you that the Club Class Holiday and Lifestyle Club is now being administered by Leisure Alliance Plc, having taken over responsibility from its previous owners in an effort to re-launch the club´s brand and enhance its international profile.
Please fully understand that the implementation of this new management company will in no way affect your existing holiday and lifestyle club membership with its entitlements and benefits or any of the obligations outlined within your original agreement to purchase.
All websites will remain fully functional, as will the services of Premiere Travel S.A; the clubs Spanish bonded travel agency and service providers.
Leisure Alliance Plc would like to welcome you to their world and will be contacting you shortly with more exciting news that will further enhance your membership experience.”
New Management Company? Taken over responsibilities? Will welcome you? What is that all about? These are all the same people! Are they trying to confuse consumers and pretend they are in “new” and “safe” hands?
As you can see, Club Class has no intention to stop doing their “dubious” business, and they have no intention to stop the activities which have been denounced by the Insolvency Service and resulted in the wound up of 7 of their companies. 7 closed down, but so many other active or to be activated for as long as the Spanish and British authorities let them continue with this.
