It can be a coincidence, or not, but as it seems the staff at the Premiere Travel Office have been made redundant as from the 1st of November.
Will this be the first side-effect on Club Class after the wound up of the 7 companies as ruled by the British authorities?
There have been rumors for some time now that this would happen and it seems that indeed the time has arrived for many of them.
From reliable sources we have heard that a large part of the staff were sent home and asked not to return. They even mentioned an embargo on the offices as there seems to be a large delay in salary payments which has been reported by the staff for a long time.
In order to “maintain” the appearance of normality for those consumers calling in from the UK, on Friday the iron blinds were kept down, but inside there was staff on the phones and computers working in the dark.
Although Club Class keeps on re-assuring the customers all is more than fine and business as usual, these changes cannot be overlooked and wiped off the table without any importance.
A staff member from Premiere Travel told a consumer they were “alive and kicking” after a consumer questioned the future of the clubs after the wound up.
Question is now, if this staff member is still “alive and kicking” or just another individual more joining the endless queues as the Spanish unemployment office as from this week…
