Indeed a new cold caller for the list, Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services or TSEDS as they call themselves.
Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services cold call timeshare consumers, stating that there is a loophole in their contract with their resort and they are able to through their solicitors (based in Tenerife) to get the owner out of the contract.
The costs for this would be around £2000 but before the Timeshare owner takes a decision they provide him with their website to “check out” their credentials.
The website www.tseds.co.uk does not really give a lot of company information though! The website was registered in October 2012, only a short time for a company which makes the “numerous” happy customers a bit unlikely.
The contact details on the web FROM Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services consist of an email address only info@tseds.co.uk
There is no office address, no phone number and no registration number of the UK Companies House or any proper company Identification on the web!
In their follow up email there is a mention of two contact numbers: 01233 800 134, 020 7183 0920 and 020 7183 0494. But there is another number as well: 01723282081
You should think they are based in the UK then, but the agent actually tells the timeshare owner they are in Tenerife!
So we have a lot of confusion and questions here, before we would even consider taking up the services of Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services!
Where did Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services – TSEDS obtain the clients’ timeshare & contact details? Where are they based and why are they not registered? Why send people emails full of testimonials of “happy” customers if you have only been around for a couple of weeks?
If you have been cold called by Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services from UK numbers: 01723282081, 01233800134 02071830920 or 02071830494 but based in Tenerife, please do let us know!

I have been contacted again by Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services – (TSEDS) stating that they can get rid of my timeshare for £1700 for one week at one resort and £1700 for the two we own at another resort (£3400 in total). They want no money upfront and only want payment on successful termination of my ownership. All they want is my Deeds signed that I want to dispose. Ordinarily, I would be suspicious at handing over my “signed” Deeds but as there is no value and if they run off with them they will also have to pay the maintenance which is what I want! Is that correct or am I missing something?
I have been contacted by Timeshare Exit & Disposal Services – (TSEDS) who wanted to arrange a home visit by one of their people – I declined. They suggested that I look at their web site http://www.tseds.co.uk and it seems to say that you pay nothing until they get result. It gives no indication of what the charges would be.
If you don’t have to pay up-front I’m can’t see the catch – any suggestions?
One of the agents is coming to my house in December, I have noted your queries and I am now armed with questions and will post any replies they care to make. Incidentally they say hwe is coming from Malta to see us
hi did they come to your house we had someone come to mine but i am unsure
In desperation we tried to go with the company – dragged on for weeks, saw no proof of any work being done but got hounded for money. Initially they were calling everyday to get us to go with them.
I was contacted about a week ago by Debbie at TSEDS on telephone number 020 7183 0920. I said I wanted to look at their website and get all my paperwork together before i would call them back. I had a quick look at the website, looks just like all the others, decided I wouldn’t bother. I have since been hounded by up to 6 calls a day on my home telephone number (from about 8am until 9pm) and on my mobile number. I have ignored all the calls and hope they go away eventually as I’m not sure what else to do!
have been contacted by sell my timeshare and they wish to see us at either tenerife or bournemouth . what do you think? ray
