As was to be expected, new companies with new names but the same pitch are continuously appearing in the emails we receive from consumers.
This time it is World Services International – WSI who yet again does cold calls to Timeshare consumers with the familiar “compensation claim” and “Class Action” pitch.
World Services International or WSI explains on the cold call that they timeshare owner can attend a presentation in Spain or alternatively those who don’t want to travel, can receive a “Claims Advisor” at home.
The agent calling also explains that this Class Action is funded by a group of business men who have put money towards the costs. This means that there will be no fee for the timeshare owner upfront but they will take a 40% of any settlement.
In the follow up email, the consumer is explained about the “upcoming” lawsuit and the fact free funding he has been allocated to the consumer to receive the claims advisor at home.
But who is World Services International?
On their emails or calls they don’t really mention where they are based and the phone number they use UK 0207 570 0341 can of course be ringing anywhere in Europe.
The email address used is firstname.lastname@example.org and has no website up and running.
But we from Mindtimeshare have done our homework yet again, and found clear indications that this company is connected to ITRA – the International Timeshare Refund Action and the Class Action or Lawsuit they go on about in the email is yet again one and the same thing as what ITRA has been offering the whole way trough.
The same ITRA who we all know is connected to Club Class Group of Companies. The same ITRA which was mentioned in the Press release from the BIS when winding up the 7 Club Class Companies last month! So winding up Club Class companies obviously doesn’t stop ITRA from starting up “new companies” under different names. That sounds like a bad joke!
Yet again a different company, different name for the same old pitch!
So we can only assume that although it clearly mentions in the email: “PLEASE NOTE: World Services International DOES NOT buy, sell, trade in timeshare or any other products.” There will be something of a disposal service or other additional service for which they will be asking money!
Have you been called by World Services International on 02075700341 for a trip to Spain or a visit at your home in the UK? Please let us know!
