The LADAC roadshow for those who cannot go and meet up with RIOCC in Spain!

A new company has been brought to our attention by the name LADAC – Legal Access Disposal and Claims.

LADAC is doing a Roadshow in December at the Holiday Inn in Wakefield, UK

As we have heard from concerned consumers, RIOCC – Real Estate Investments Ownerships Consultancy Center has cold called them to invite them over to Fuengirola Spain.

For those who cannot travel to Spain there is now the alternative to be offered in the ways of the LADAC Conference in Wakefield.

LADAC or Legal Access Disposal and Claims has even set up a website for this occasion http://www.ladac.co/ which was registered on last week on the 13th of November 2012

On the website it is explained that those attending this conference will have the opportunity to meet face to face with a member of the “elite litigation team” who will advice of the legal options available to the consumer.

Legal advisor or a sales rep on a roadshow trying to sell additional products?

LADAC also mentions on the web: LADAC’s reputation has been built by listening to clients concerns and consequently developing a tried and tested legal process which focuses on the individual problems of each timeshare owner. It is for this reason that LADAC is able to offer a proven, hassle free way of dealing with the mass majority of timeshare related contractual problems.”

Does this mean the time they have been listening since the 13th of November 2012? Or how long are they pretending they have been around?

For as much as their invitation and their website sound genuine and professional, it should not be overlooked that RIOCC and therefore LADAC as well, have close connections with ITRA -International Timeshare Refund Action, EFTAG and the Club Class Group of Companies.

Legal advice and NO WIN NO FEE claims are the least important on their list to offer consumers and most important will be probably the disposal service against thousands of Pounds!

Before attending meetings in Spain, UK or allow people into your homes with similar proposals, always make sure you check with your resort about disposal and if you go to a meeting like this, don’t take your wallet! Whatever offer they have, if it is genuine and real, it will still be available after a decent 14 day cooling off with no upfront payments!

I had cold call from P S I (Professional Services International ) in Spain inviting my wife and I (as joint owners of timeshare) to meeting in Fuengirola area. The caller reckoned they were able to dispose of our timeshare through Spanish lawyers and were also trying to obtain a certain number of owners who wished to claim compensation against the timeshare resorts. I was told they needed a certain minimum number of complainants(so many thousand) in order to raise a court case . They claimed they were just short of the required number..
I declined the request to visit them in Spain – they were offering either a free two nights B&B in a hotel or 3 days self catering.
Two weeks later I had another call this time from tel no 0845 2863864. I was told that the lawyers were coming over to England and had appointments available from 4th to 7th December at the Holiday Inn at Wakefield..This was followed up by an email confirmation from Ladac All sounds very xxxxxxx!.

I was contacted by “lee thomson” who told me that since i couldnt make it to spain (when he invited me before) I could attend the meeting in leeds because they had flown a spanish notary to England.
Apparently he was with riocc but transferred to LADAC head office who were organising the claim for them.

It all seems ok in principal but does a spanish notary have any jurisdiction in the UK?

      Hi Sam,
I have had that invite also as well as contact from “multi-claims .com……after reading the advice on both am leaving them alone….
