Another company, this time with the name of Global Services International has appeared on stage this week. Cold calling timeshare consumers for a NO WIN NO FEE compensation claim which can be discussed at a meeting in Alicante, in L’Alfaz del Pi / El Albir area.
The agent calling from Global Services International has the exact same pitch on the phone and by email as two other companies that were detected very recently and about which we already published an article.
So it seems all is about Services International!
Global Services International- GSI has the following contact numbers +34 966 868 536, +34 966 686 539 or 902 848 280 and the emails are coming from firstname.lastname@example.org
There is no website. Neither is there any company registered under this name at the Spanish Companies House.
In the follow up email, which looks like an exact copy / paste version from the emails send by WSI World Services International and PSI Professional Services International they mention yet again that the “Action” is on a NO WIN NO FEE basis as the costs are absorbed by the litigation funders.
As mentioned before, we have clear indications that the above mentioned companies, GSI, WSI and PSI have connections with ITRA – The International Timeshare Refund Action and EFTAG – The European Fair Trade Action Group. So for us it is clear that the main objective of these companies is certainly not to “help” the consumer with a claim against his company and the main purpose for the meeting will be the disposal service.
A disposal service that is presented to the timeshare owner as something that is their only way out as their timeshare will be in perpetuity and the children will be liable for the timeshare by inheritance. Only after speaking to the resort later on, timeshare owners will realize this is not their case and they have paid thousands of pounds for a disposal that most of the times don’t even take place!
The words of the BIS Investigation officer about ITRA and Club Class were more than clear in the press release after winding up the 7 Club Class companies:
“These companies were set up with the aim of duping consumers, who in some cases had already suffered from unfair timeshare deals, by using slick patter for what was in reality the selling of an illusion. There was nothing investors could gain from paying to these companies.”
ITRA can change their name, they can set up numerous additional companies to do the invitations for them, and they can even change location to other areas in Spain or the UK, but let it be clear that they won’t change their “modus operandi”.
And let it be clear as well for them, that we will track them down and place the warnings on the blog for consumers to be informed who is actually COLD calling them!
