Another cold caller for an apparent same issue, this time the cold caller is Eco Techsolutions and the meeting is to discuss “the potential transfer and exit out of timeshare”
Eco Techsolutions is one of those companies that invite you over for a meeting in your area. Eco Techsolutions cold calls, but they seem to know quite a lot about your membership though. Information that should not really be in their possession!
They don’t have a website and the correspondence is send off from a Gmail account: email@example.com
The telephone number they use is 0161 928 8127
The fact that Eco Tecsolutions cold call and insist the meeting is set up solely to discuss the timeshare disposal, is something we will continue to warn about.
We all know by now that most probably the meeting will be about an investment project in the Caribbean, a project that will cost thousands of pounds. Those investing in the project will be able to “trade in” their timeshare and forget about the maintenance fees and liabilities. Those who cannot or don’t want to invest will be referred to a third party disposal company that for a cost will do the job for you (probably).
Timeshare consumers are promised that the travel expenses will be refunded by Eco Techsolutions up to £100
But let’s be honest, would you go to the meeting if the nice girl or boy from Eco Techsolutions calls you and says they want to invite you to show you an investment project in the Caribbean or somewhere else far away?
And why if this project is so attractive, do they only invite timeshare owners over and on top of it they pretend to run a disposal meeting?
Everybody is of course free to go to these meetings and there is nothing wrong with presenting customers with products. But cold calls and slightly twisted information about the real purpose of the meeting, does not sound like a good start!
Have you been invited by Eco-Techsolutions from 01619288127 for a meeting to discuss disposal of your timeshare? Please let us know.
