Long Elmes another one for a Class Action and linked to ITRA & Club Class!

The family of Class Action companies is growing and the new member is called Long Elmes.

New name, but not a new set up and certainly linked to others who have been around for longer.

Long Elmes cold calls the Timeshare Owner to inform him that there is currently a lawsuit against the Timeshare Industry.

The Timeshare owner is made aware that he has the right to join this lawsuit and this is based on a No Win No Fee basis. Once the settlement is done the owner will receive 60% of the money awarded and 40% will be kept by Long Elmesno win no fee 2

Sounds familiar?

Well to Mindtimeshare it certainly sounded very familiar and we did some research.

Long Elmes has an email address info@longelmes.com but the website for www.longelmes.com is not programmed and the domain was registered in December 2012.

Telephone number for Long Elmes is +34 952 46 84 60 which corresponds to a landline in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Long Elmes also uses the phone number 96 626 36 71.

We have found clear proof that Long Elmes is yet again linked to ITRA – International Timeshare Refund Action and the connected companies such as EFTAG, Professional Services International and the Club Class Group of Companies.

So yet again, ITRA who pretends to be a genuine Class Action Group has found the need to pretend to be somebody else and is now calling under Long Elmes.

As with all the above mentioned companies, we also recommend caution when dealing with Long Elmes and if attending a meeting or receiving a “Claims Advisor” at your home, do not commit to any financial obligation.

Give yourself time to think and to investigate!

If you have been contacted by Long Elmes from telephone number 0034 952468460 or 0034 966263671 in Spain, then please let us know.

  2. Richard says:

I got a call on my mobile (don’t know how they found the number) a couple of days back, and the gentleman sounded very genuine and not pushy. I’m glad I checked them out on the internet and found this information.

  3. Ian says:

I too, have been contacted by Long Elmes, in particular a very nice, and sincere, sounding lady by the name of Lynne. Lynne wanted my wife, and I, to fly to meeting in Alicante to discuss “perpituity clause” action against our timeshare company. When I told Lynne this was impossible as I would be flying to Malaga at the end of May.

A few days later I had another call from Lynne telling me that, at the end of May/early June it would be possible to attend a meeting at the new office that Long Elmes were moving to, in Marbella!!

This call was left that Lynne would give me another call mid May.

My reaction at this time is: leave ’em alone. If I had said I was going to Cyprus on holiday would Long Elmes have opened a office in Limassol????

BEWARE? – at least until you can check out Long Elmes

  4. Diane says:

Have been approached by Long Elmes and was due to meet next week, but contacted Timeshare Consumer Assoc who informed me that it was a scam – so won’t be going.

  5. R.A.H. says:

These people have contacted me several times and the lady sounds very genuine and pleasant.
But they want me to attend a hotel in Spain for a few days (accommodation paid for by them!!) to set the ball rolling to obtain refunds for past misdemeanours of the timeshare industry. I am not happy with this arrangement and will decline any future claims they aim to make on my behalf.
They HAVE NOT OFFERED a home visit which may be more acceptable.

  6. Bill says:

Any information on EXPRESS RESALES tel 020359820066. They say they have a buyer for my timeshare holding of 7500 points in Diamond Resorts (and they have the money)
    Many thanks Bill
