Eureka Property Services cold calls timeshare consumers and offers them to relinquish their timeshare.
In order to do this relinquish the Timeshare Owner has to attend a meeting, which will take place in their area.
LATEST UPDATE: Summer 2013 Eureka is doing meetings in Birmingham and East Midlands Airport.
Supposedly during this meeting the Timeshare Owner will be give straight forward advice on how to relinquish. And even better, if he decides to take up this offer he will be refunded the current’s year maintenance fees.
Eureka Property Services has a website www.eurekapropertyservices.com which was registered in September 2012.
They do mention though on the web that they have been established as a legal property service since 2002 and dealt with guaranteed disposals and Pension reviews successfully.
Strange we only just heard about them and they have been all these years without a website…
On the website they provide two addresses, one in the UK and one in Spain.

Investigations have revealed to us that this company has connections with another Claims Company that has been active recently and was cold calling consumers offering legal services.
The cold call and the meeting to discuss a relinquishment which could be discussed by phone, makes us believe there might be another reason to invite consumers over.
We therefore suggest that all who have been invited by Eureka Property Services and is attending this meeting to be cautious and not make any decision on the day.
