European Consumer Complaints claims to be based in Madrid but our research has shown they are actually in Tenerife at the Canary Islands.
Apart from the cold call there seems to be different approaches where the services to the consumers are offered.
Some people are requested fees upfront in order to start the process of the claim and others are only asked for their credit card details which supposedly will be kept on hold and used in the event the consumer does not pay the 10% commission after the refund has been done.
