I have just spoke to a lady from legalservices.com. I am told that they have sold my timeshare and the buyer has put a 25% down payment via credit card. What thay now need is £1450 from my credit card with a promise I will get it back when the deal is done. The money is so that I send them the paperwork once the whole thing is done. I have suggested that I bring it myself to Norwich. I am waiting for an answer.

Was called today by a woman named Maria who had spoken to my husband last week. Unfortunately, he couldn’t remember the name of the company, only that they are based in Norwich. When Maria called today I asked the name of her company and told her I wanted to look into them first – which is how I ended up here! She probably won’t call back now. 🙂

    • Terri says:

We were also cold called by this company, and stupidly went along with this sc** any advise on how to get our money back? We haven’t signed any contracts yet! Been in touch with the bank who won’t put a stop on this payment!

    • mj says:

I was wrong – Maria did indeed call back and asked if I had checked out their website. I told her that it wasn’t their website that I was going to look into – it was their business and that what I found was not very positive. She sounded surprised and when I asked if it is true that the company has only just been founded in January, she said no, it was just the website that was updated in January. I told her that I wasn’t interested in doing business with them and ended the call.

  6. michaela says:

I have also been contacted, it sounded genuine until they asked me for 15000 straight away. i asked them to send all the details about the procedure in an email. I had an emai back but there was hardly any info in it other than they would return the contract default guarentee money back to me on completion of sale. I didnt take them up on it.

  7. Buster says:

This company stated they had a buyer for my timeshare for £4750. However, I must give them a credit card where they will hold £1000. After the sale goes through and I get my money for it, The £1000 will be refunded..
Yea Right !!! The woman calls herself Sally Price
