There is no website, which seems to be rather strange when you sell something that needs to be on display..
What is certainly clear about Crystal Clear Security Services is that they cold call, which means they have obtained the consumers details through a doubtful source.
And what also appears to be worrying is the fact they require a “Releasement Guarantee Bond” of £1425 to complete the resale of the timeshare.
Crystal Clear Security Services does not comply with the Timeshare Directive which bans all upfront fees for timeshare resales.
The supposed resale will be completed in 28 days and assures the consumer that if “unforeseen” circumstances arise and the sale falls through, they will endeavor to get another offer for the same sales price.
That is nice. But obviously it would be much better if they didn’t cold call and certainly if they didn’t ask for the upfront fee.

I got a message yesterday from Crystal Clear and they are ringing back today, which will be interesting as I have a few questions to ask and where did they get my details? I have no intention of selling to this company,I am naturally suspicious of companies like this.
Crystal Clear rang back and said anyone can get timeshare lists! Did not respond to my comments about lack of website or fact that they are not within the law when it comes to resale fees.Went on and on about how else could I sell my Timeshare when I hadn’t even said I wanted to sell .When I told him I want no dealings with him said he’d ring back in 2 weeks as I’d asked [which I hadn’t] and despite me telling him not to insisted he will , I ended up putting the ‘phone down on him,thoroughly unpleasant and certainly not someone I would want to do business with.
I paid a fee of £1800 to a company and then I got called from Crystal Clear, I have sent them £1380 which is 10% of the monies due to me for selling my ILG membership. I am going to phone tomorrow to see what is happening to my money.
I have got the money back that Holiday Rentals co**** from me by way of Capital One thy claimed it back from the merchany’s bank
