A new company has been brought to our attention with the name of Travel Gem Vacations.
Travel Gem Vacations appears on stage after the timeshare consumer has been dealing with other dubious resale companies, paid a deposit and their sale has fallen through..
This is where Travel Gem Vacations jumps in as they are a “corporate” buyer and offer to transfer the Timeshare out of the consumer’s name.
They offer a good sales price which is difficult to refuse.
In order to complete this sale and transfer of deeds the timeshare consumer needs to pay the legal fees for this transfer which round the £1900
And that is a bargain as far as Travel Gem Vacations concerns as the resort would charge double in most cases!
Bargain or not, it certainly sounds suspiciously as an upfront fee, and adding this up to the cold call after having dealt with other dubious companies…it doesn’t look very good.

A website with basic information and no company details such as registration or even an office address.
