Have you filled in the form on the web of Timeshare Money Back ?

A new website has been detected by the name of Timeshare Money Back.

This website – timesharemoneyback dot net – seems to be new as it was registered only on the 12th of February 2013. ?????????????????????????????????????

Timeshare Money Back is a basic website that goes straight to the point. And all the Timeshare owner needs to do is to fill in the online questionnaire with 3 simple questions.

Question 1; Name and Surname

Question 2: Resort, ownership and when you purchased

Question 3; Email and Phone number

When looking on the internet for companies that might offer you a solutions for Timeshare resale, Disposal or even a Compensation Claim you should be careful to whom you provide your details.

Timeshare Money Back is a great example of a web that offers no information at all about who they are and what is really behind this web.

So do you really want to give them with your details?

Do you really want to receive calls and emails from companies that are hiding behind this web? Because nobody sets up a web like this if it wasn’t for the fact they don’t want to give their name or because they are not providing this service at all.

Who guarantees you that you won’t be contacted on numerous cold calls afterwards because the people behind Timeshare Money Back are just collecting data and selling this on?

There is no company registration or any company information on this web at all!

There is no privacy policy and nobody guarantees you here that your personal details will be protected.

Promises of Claims against your resort, dissolving contracts and releasing you from rising Maintenance fees might sound good, but don’t let your guard down!

Timeshare Money Back – timesharemoneyback dot net – does not guarantee you anything more than the fact you are risking yourself to be entered on a client’s list that will be sold on to numerous dubious companies and give you a hard time over the phone.

If you have filled in the questionnaire from Timeshare Money Back and have been contacted, then please let us know.

  1. Clare says:

Paul, we had a valid claim with Reclaim and did everything correct to get the money back but within 24 hours of making claim we were told we had been unsuccessful as we hadnt attached some documents. I send documents all over the world and when it comes to money I am very very careful I had checked and double checked the application before it was sent. We appealed but no joy
    Good luck

I too parted with £6000 to get rid of a timeshare and get £17000 back from Reclaim. I have a valid claim according to a certificate Oct 2012 with no money to date.

  7. Angela says:

I echo Terri, just hope all timeshare owners find this site before too many more are sucked in. So many of these awful criminals (every one of them is that) are very believable and desperate people clutch at straws sometimes.

  8. Terri says:

Thank you for bringing what seems to be another shady set up to our attention.
