Essential Claims Management or ECM is emailing timeshare consumers an offer for a Credit Card protection Plan and a service to do a refund claim under the Consumer Credit Act.
For this refund claim they charge a 25% plus VAT once the consumer has received their refund.
So far so good and we want to insist that we have no problem with any claims company and less if they are charging once the service has been completed.

On the web it states clearly that Essential Claims actually is a trading style for Brown & Kennedy Financial Solutions Ltd which is a Company Registered in England and Wales.

So does Essential Claims Management belong to the same group? Well yes, we have found indications that they indeed belong to the same group of companies.
So consumers who have been dealing with dubious discount clubs in the past, who maybe even belong to the Essential Travel Group, are now approached with calls and emails from “Essential Claims Management” for help with claiming a refund!
No need to ask even where they obtained the consumers details…
