They contact Timeshare consumers with the offer to resell their timeshare as they have lots of Russian Families waiting to buy a timeshare in Spain.
They explain to the Timeshare consumer that the Russians want to buy this timeshare as this will give them the right to register as residents in Spain. Something totally not true and without any sense!
Absolute Brokers have a website www.absolutebrokers.eu which was registered on the 31st of January 2013
On the website there is actually no company details at all and not even a proper address for the supposed sales office or a telephone number! There are a couple of email addresses though: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
About their offices, all they explain is that they are near to the “Paloma Park” so we assume they are in Benalmadena, although they also mention to have people working in Fuengirola.
Consumers who have received the cold call from Absolute Brokers were given the following telephone number for contact +34 952 478 809
In order to complete the timeshare sale, Absolute Brokers need to translate the sales agreement into Russian. And of course that needs to be paid by the Timeshare owner.
Seen the fact that Absolute Brokers are cold calling, don’t provide any proper company information and ask for a strange upfront payment for a translation, we would certainly recommend all caution to be taken when dealing with this company.
If you have been contacted by Absolute Brokers from 0034 952478809 near the Paloma Park on the Costa del Sol, please let us know.
