Another cold caller has entered our list today by the name of Free Wall Solutions SL.
This company cold calls timeshare consumers who have been defrauded recently. This is something that always makes the alarm bells ring because a cold call and that they know you have been cheated, well it doesn’t sound too right.
The agents calling from Free Wall Solutions SL. are Jenny Clark, Marco Adams and Peter Barnes. These agents and supposed legal advisers explain to the timeshare consumer that the company that has defrauded them has been raided by the police. Lots of paperwork such as contracts has been found and the staff has been investigated, taken to court and currently out on bail.
The great news is though that they have taken over 8 million Euros in assets and Free Wall Solutions SL as a litigation company is contacting anyone who had been in contact with the raided company, in order to offer a compensation taken from these assets. This compensation will be approximately a 65% to 85% of the total amount.
The claim will be done within 90 days and all the timeshare consumer has to do is to pay £750 into the account of Free Wall Solutions SL.
Payments by credit card are not possible, because as Free Wall Solutions explains the courts do not allow them to take such personal details from consumers. Uh? And what about the cold call and the details of being defrauded? That is ok then by the court?
So, a great story, and as we have seen before when stories start to sound too good to be true for sure that is what they are..
Free Wall Solutions SL is a Spanish registered company. They have a website http://www.freewallsolutions.com which was registered on the 19th of March 2013 so very recent!
On their website there is no mention of an office address. The only way to contact them is by phone 0845 8053851 or filling in the form on the web.
But from their Company Registration we can see their address is C/ Ronda del Golf Este Bl.4 2 D – Benalmádena, Malaga, Spain.
So the advice they give on their website to “only ever deal with fully UK registered and limited Companies when dealing with your ownership, for your safety and security” sounds a bit strange as they are not UK Registered or based!
We also have clear indications though that Free Wall Solutions is connected to another company mentioned previously on this blog; Carlton J Williams Escrow Services SL. With telephone 8451540992
That is definitely not a good sign at all!
With all the above information we certainly would say that consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with them.
If you have been contacted by Free Wall Solutions from 08458053851 in Benalmadena then please let us know. You can email us at customercare@mindtimeshare.com or place comment on this blog.
Contacted by Freewall twice today, one Ian Bromley. Usual very glib story
I shall not be doing business with them.after reading your report..
I just had a call from Caroline West who said an investigative team had siezed assets from End Vacation and Full Circle. These companies had been found fraudulent and the team were contacting people to ensure their money was returned to them. She said that I would be be paid approximately £15,000 less 10% on settlement. However, to register my claim with their barristers I would have to pay £525. Needless to say alarm bells started to ring and I asked her how she had come by my details and what company she was with. She repeated that she had information from the investigation team and she was with Freewall Solutions SL tel no 08458053851. I. I asked her how she could prove that I was not getting scammed. She started to speak but my gut told me it was too good to be true. If the police had investigated this and collected information they would be contacting me not some bogus investigative team. I put the phone down on her and checked the website. My suspicions were confirmed.

I have been contacted by Peter Barnes, he told me he had details from the courts of a bogus company and that we had paid 995 euros in 2010, and he could get my money back for me as there was a pot of money put asside, and we could get 85% of our money back he told me he was working for a team of solicitors, I had one chance of taking this company to court and to do so I would have to pay £495.00 for a barrister. He also said it was no win no fee so i would get the money paid for the barrister back. I have now recieved these forms and will send them back to see what happens. The annoying thing is put thier name in as he said and up came thier website so like a fool i thought they were genuin it wasn’t until my husband googled them while he is in hospital that we found out. I feel sick and i cried when i realised i was conned again. He was very convincing and i don’t know how this man can sleep at night.
Have also been contacted byPeter Davison of this company with promises of money back. I asked who he represented and took his tel. No. then went to your site to check it out. He promised to get back to me, but hasn’t, but today a woman called while I was out and offered a no win no fee option. unfortunately she left no details I can check. Experience suggests they will be in touch again under some name.
just been contacted by them. told no upfront fee, and we would definitely get our money back, are phoning back with details will let you know
Caroline West from Free Wall Solutions SL kindly phoned me today to tell me she could get me a refund for fees/payment I hadn’t lost some years back. (It was a colossal sum, over £5000). I was put off straight away when she started talking as she sounded just like all the other timeshare scammers who phone, She did have details that almost fitted me like the contracted I’d signed except she got my initials of my signature wrong – “Oh it isn’t that easy to read….”
As usual I pointed out I wouldn’t be laying out any money which she totally agreed with – oh except to “Register the Court Filing Fee” which you get back straight away. And how much is that? She wasn’t sure but “about £450 – I’ve just checked, £475.”
We went through the details for me to write down (but didn’t!) to pay my money into their bank at Torremolinos.
Meanwhile I Googled their name and once again Mindtimeshare confirmed all the same spin and promises.
This company is a disgrace they call my mother in law multiple times a day, I feel like jumping on a plane and going to “sort them out”, how they sleep at night amazes me. I urge everyone just to hang up on them, don’t discuss anything , just hang up.
I’ve just been contacted by Peter Barnes and he wants me to pay Barristers fees of £495 in to a Spanish bank account. Glad I have looked on this website. Really fedup with people trying to rip you off and will stay clear of any timeshare or the likes again 😦
SCAM again

I’ve been called by Caroline 5 times now and she will call me back on Monday I have emailed her (admin@freewallsolutions.com) the original scam document I received back in 2008 from ‘Holiday Network Solutions S.L.’ which like a mug I paid £795.00 as a retainer fee, and lost it!. I will keep you posted on what happens on Monday
Just to let you know I was rung by Freewall Solutions this morning saying that they believed I had paid fees to a timeshare resale company called Diamond Points. I haven’t but I did have a timeshare with Diamond Resorts International. The woman then asked if I had paid a fee to anyone else, which I have. She said that she could get my money back for this. I asked her to send me an email which she did. See attached.
I won’t be pursuing my claim, obviously, and thank you for confirming my ‘gut feeling’ with your website.
I was contacted by this company this morning they appear to hold a lot of personal information about dealings we have had with other companies that have been scams . They said we could get our money back but needed to pay a fee of £640.66 for the privledge . When I said I had no money the person who called himself Peter Barnes became very persausive , he did not appear to understand no money meant no money . Eventually he hung up.
Was contacted by them 2 days ago – they left a message. I was suspicious so goggled their phone number and found your website.
Thank you – I will not be returning their call!!
