At first sight you would hardly notice, but yes the dubious liquidators from Cadiz who were acting under the name Acredo have added an “r” to the name Acrredo and cleverly are trying to avoid consumers looking them up on the Internet.
Not so long ago we posted an article on the blog about this company Acredo which was cold calling timeshare consumers with a very dubious story.
Acrredo kindly advises Timeshare Consumers about the fact their Cash back company has filed for “voluntary liquidation” and Acredo has been appointed to handle all issues related to the liquidation.
Most worrying is that they seem to have all the details of the Timeshare consumer, such as agreement number, date and also the Cash Back certificate number!
After the initial phone call, Acrredo sends off a lot of documents, mainly fake forms and a very long letter where the consumer is explained in great depth of how the Spanish Tax system works.
Bottom line of these “boring” documents is that Acrredo needs a Spanish Tax registration number from the Timeshare Owner, and if not the money that is waiting for him in the bank will be lost.
As mentioned in our previous article after the usual company checks and search for information, we can confirm that there is no such company by the name of Acredo or Acrredo in Cadiz.
They are not in the Calle Nueva 1, 11005 in Cadiz and they are certainly NOT appointed by anybody.
People supposedly working for Acrredo are the same as before so; Alexandra Harvey and Fernando Mendez. Their contact details are: phone +34 910 910 229 Fax +34 956 921 948 and email: Acrredo@email.com
