Obviously no Timeshare Consumer with thoughts of reselling is willing to listen to a call like that.

So Whites Property Sales will see how much worth the timeshare is and get back to the consumer if there is interest from buyers. Amazingly this interest shows up straight away as 1 or 2 days later the Timeshare Consumer is called back with the news a buyer has been found.

The news is really good as the buyers have already put a deposit down to secure the sale. Only thing missing now is a deposit from the Timeshare Owner, a security deposit…

This money will be placed supposedly in an Escrow Account and to make it all more believable a Solicitor by the name of Hemmings & Clark contacts the Timeshare consumer to process this payment. 

So what do we know about Whites Property Sales and Hemmings & Clark Solicitors?

So far we have not been able to find any company by the name of Whites Property Sales or Hemming & Clark Solicitors registered at the Spanish Companies House.

Cold calling, upfront fees, bank transfer and not registered as a company, not really a good sign and certainly not recommendable to have dealings with.
