So many companies with the same offer, but not all do cold calls! Express Claims Europe does cold call though and seems to have a lot of information about the Timeshare Consumer and the Timeshare Membership he owns.
Express Claims Europe is a Spanish based and registered company with address at Capecan Business Centre, Avenida Atlantico, Winter Gardens, Golf del Sur, 38639 Abona, SC Tenerife. (Canary Islands)
And as many other Spanish based companies they do have a UK phone number: 0207 1830894 or 0207 1830267
Email: info@expressclaimseurope.com
They also have a website www.expressclaimseurope.com which was registered on the 4th of June 2012.
The say they work on a “no-win-no-fee” basis, with their fee, and charge a 40% of the total amount originally paid.
This is somewhat confusing as Consumers are not really sure about the exact amount to pay in case a claim for example is only partially refunded.
Although this company is not asking for an upfront fee, it should be pointed out that Express Claims Europe is a cold caller which means they have obtained your personal details from doubtful sources.
The Data Protection Law does not allow for your personal details to be sold or passed on to thirds parties without your consent.
If you have been contacted by Express Claims Europe from 02071830894 or 02071830267 in Tenerife we would like to hear from you.

Look back to my post previously. Express claims Europe don’t seem to have any more detail than the dozen or so companies that have also contacted me, So I have no idea where all these people are getting their information from. With their help I got back over £5000Pounds that I thought had gone forever.
On a subsequent visit to Tenerife we met the people from ECE who had been involved as we were staying at a resort very close to their office.
As I have said before, they worked for me. I still have that money in my savings account. It’s about to buy me a log cabin to replace my 30+ year old shed (mancave).
My husband received a call on his mobile today as we were out shopping, we didn’t have this phone number when we were conned in Tenerife. On looking at the internet I have come across their address in Tenerife the same address were we were conned.
How do they get your phone number? They also now have my email address which I gave them. I have just read an email from them that appears to be genuine if you were desperate to get some money back ( we lost £9 k ) disgusted in ourselves for being so vulnerable, never again.
I was contacted by E C E in December 2013 with reference to the money I had lost to Club Class, which was just over £8500. Club Class Concierge and several of its companies having been closed down as a result of a High Court ruling, it was possible to claim against the Credit Card company under a section of the Consumer Credit Act. E C E prepared a claim for me to submit, utilising documentation that I fortunately had retained. In 4 weeks ( a record according to E C E, particularly as it covered Christmas and the new year), I received the offer of a full refund, which was credited to my account within a couple of weeks. At that point I paid their fee.
It worked for me and they say that they have not yet lost a claim concerning Club Class, which, of course, I cannot verify. My result was quick, but the time taken depends on the Credit Card company, particularly if it involves the Financial Ombudsman.
On my experience, talk to them and then make up your own mind.
I have today (2/9/2013) been contacted by Expressclaims Europe SL and would like some further details and assurances that what they are offering is legal and safe. Having been caught by Club Class I do not wish to fall into another trap.
We have just been contacted by Expressclaims Europe re Club Class…..has anybody had any dealings with them …or anybody had any success?
