Legal Release the follow up from Property Management Services…

Consumers who have been dealing with Property Management Services not so long ago are very likely to receive a call from Legal Release.   sell_it_postit PMS

Legal Release contacts the consumers with the dubious story about PMS going into liquidation but by miracle the timeshare of the consumer was just sold before that. Legal Release was instructed to contact the Timeshare consumer who against a payment of taxes due could release the money paid for their timeshare.

Humm…sounds very dubious, and actually it is.

Legal Release Ltd is registered at the Companies House since August 2012. Coincidentally the director mentioned on the registration is also director at another company called Creative Solutions Ltd. This name is familiar to those who paid to PMS as this is the name of the company that shows on the Credit Card receipt.

Legal Release does not have a website and the contact details they provide are an email address: legalreleaseltd@mail.com and a Telephone number +44  01603 294 525

The supposed Tax charges are to be paid by bank transfer, which is an unprotected payment method and no possibility to claim a refund in case something “goes wrong”

For those who were unfortunate enough to pay PMS the upfront fee for the guaranteed resale that later on fell through, please be aware of the above as you might be on top of their list to be contacted.

If you have been called by Legal Release from 01603294525 then please let us know.

A telephone call was receive today (02.09.2013) from a Lisa JONES claiming
to work for Legal Release Ltd, Briston Lodge, Holt Road, Melton Constable,
    Norfolk, NR24 2HR. Tel: 0845 130 8466, saying that the Spanish Government
held some £10,200 in fees paid for our timeshare purchase as the company who
sold them to us has gone bankrupt.

Furthermore this money would be release and delivered within 3 days of our
paying £820.00 in Tax and VAT fees to someone called Designer Midland Ltd,
with an account at Lloyds Bank. Account number: 27627360 Sort Code:
30-63-94. All we had to do was sit back and produce our passport as
identity proof when the courier arrived.

So, who are Legal Release Ltd? This company name does not exist at
Companies House. There are two similar names Legal Release (UK) Ltd and
Legal Release International Ltd who are listed BUT these may or more
probably, may NOT have anything to do with the one making the calls. So not
only is Lisa JONES lying about the company but it is also unlawful to claim
to be a Ltd company when you are not.

Who do we pay the VAT and Tax fees to – Designer Midland Ltd? This another
problem. The Company does/did not exist on the Companies House Register as
at 02:09:2013 at 1.20pm. Yet again another piece of untruth from Lisa
    JONES.

Briston Lodge? Seems to be a 3 or 4 bed detached house in a row of other
    similar 1960’s houses.

Lloyds TSB does not come out too well either as they have no interest either
at a branch level or with their Fraud Office and you could almost hear the
paper they initially wrote on hitting the bottom of the bin before the end
of the phone call. This was after around 15 rather searching and wide
ranging questions to verify my identity. But an internet search showed it
is their Bromsgrove Branch who hold the fraudulently named account. “Aren’t
you bothered about this?” “Well it could be held by someone in a personal
name.” “Yes, but it is held by someone claiming to be a Limited company.
Don’t you do due diligence on account holders in Lloyds?” ” We do but like
I said…..” The phone melted with the passion of disinterest.

The Police – “This is a civil debt and not a criminal one so you will have
to consult a lawyer.” “I am reporting an attempt to get my and, I have no
doubt other peoples, money fraudulently.” “You haven’t lost any money yet
    have you…..”

Trading Standards – I’m still hanging on to the phone after 45 mins of
repetitive machine made apologies. Hang up as a waste of time.

The people who have a moral or legal obligation to act – The Bank, The
Police, Trading Standard do not care two hoots….. Is it any wonder the
    calls keep coming?
