We have a previous article about the Software product called Realistix Browser Suite.
But we have now been made aware that this product is now also presented and sold at the La Pinta Resort by the company called Las Vistas Marketing.

Timeshare users staying at the resort are invited over for a chat and presented with the Realistix Browser Suite Software.
The Timeshare Owner has the possibility to trade in their existing timeshare. By paying a balance they will obtain the Realistix Browser Suite DVD which will provide them with access to all “RCI Resorts” apart from discount on Hotel and Villa bookings worldwide.
It has to be pointed out though that this product has nothing to do with RCI.
Timeshare owners who ask for some time to think about this change are offered additional discounts on the day in order to get them signing the agreement.
A deposit is also requested on the day and this ranges between 1000€ – 2000€ depending on the credit card of the owner.
In the agreement of Las Vistas Marketing there is a cancellation clause, which clearly mentions the right of the consumer to cancel as long as they return the software received in the sealed box, without having broken the seal.
But when the Timeshare Owner receives this box, he is asked by the rep to open it and to make sure all is inside….And to see what is inside you need to break the seal!

Stopped by a very nice man on the strip scratch card won i pad, 120 euros ,or a holiday
ended up in a taxi to La Pinta Resort.
given a presentation for 2 hours on the subject do you want to save money ,who would not listen
but they very pushy on our finances and credit cards wanting 2000 Euros then 1000
there mood was changing when he ask for there finance person Nicola to speak to us
even more pushy asking us why we would not want to save our selves money I read these people like a book and were just scamming there soft ware A CD nothing more than last minute dot com that’s totally free on the web..
People need to know this before hand and I hope that this saves a least one couple being ripped off . If things in life simply look too good to be true then normally they are not
